Horrible service. Rude, slow and lazy

I definitely think they should change the name to Smallburger. Not worth the hype at all.

I was at boston airport for my Tap Portugal flight and we decided to visit Wahlburgers… Made a great first impression… It is an Excellent restaurant at boston airport. Their sandwiches were great and so were the french fries. Definitely one of the most notable chicken sandwiches I have eaten. The drinks came cold thankfully. We were met with a kind waiter who indulged in small talk which helped with travel anxiety!! I would say this is top 3 best restaurants at boston airport and the best in terminal c! It has a great environment and well decorated. I would definitely recommend this place.

Horrible service will not help you at all even for basic questions.
They charged me a service charge plus a tip without telling me anything.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. There was no indoor seating. I will never go to a Wahlburgers ever.I know you won post this on your website

Triied to order on kiosk but could not complete. No staff to help us so we got so frustrated that we left . So sad that they don't have enough staff to assist customers. Was so looking forward to having a burger maybe I'll go to another other than your Logan airport location when I'm in Boston again.

I mean not a bad burger, service is meh, and their interpretation of a fried egg is a scrambled patty atop the burger... ATOP!
Definitely better than any of the fast food places in the airport.

Good spot to hang out and grab a snack and drink before a JetBlue flight. Usually pretty easy to get a table or spot at the bar. Service was great, the bartender was both attentive and friendly. The burger isn't blowing any competition out of the water, but it does the job.

This place is breaking the law. Menus and online ordering are showing different amounts to what is being charged. Hazy ipa advertised at $9.45 each but we were charged $13 each and gin advertised at $10.35 but charged $20. It was the same with every item they offer. A group of four sat next to us had ordered food and drinks and were as appalled as we were. False advertising and extortion isn’t something I’d expect from a Wahlberg. That’s the last time I watch Daddy’s Home or listen to Marky Mark and the funky bunch.
Decent modern diner style setting with good food and drinks! Definitely stop over before the flight ✈️

Food was delicious and the server was polite. But I was frustrated because there is no free water, there is only bottled water for 7 dollars. That's simply too expensive. I'm already paying for an overpriced burger... so why am I being asked to pay so much for water??
