It was my first visit to Wendy's. I had a Baconator on the menu; Everything was very well prepared and the burger tasted much better to me than the German (fast food chain) burgers. While the restaurant wasn't in the best condition when I visited (it was also a rainy January day), the team's good mood was absolutely contagious. (The employees were absolutely friendly and professional towards the customers, but they laughed among themselves and seemed like a long-standing team to me - which confirmed the extremely quick preparation. 👍) All in all, a successful first visit to Wendy's.

The food at Wendy's really stands out from the other fast food chains we've eaten at here. The burgers are really tasty and different from your typical fast food. The fries were crispy and warm. I also ordered a chicken wrap and it was very tasty. The place has tables where you can sit and eat on the spot. Orders are made at kiosks and the service is fast, we waited about 5 minutes for an order with several items.

For past month the staff have been arguing and having verbal fights lmao they have 70% chance of getting my order wrong and the vanilla frosty had a bunch of black spots (mold maybe?) in it

Pretty solid Wendy’s I can’t lie. My nuggets are usually juicy. The service is not the best but to give them credit, they get quite a lot of mobile orders.

Mass Ave location.. just horrible very slow can't keep up with the demand.. three tiny pieces of bacon that were broken in half, the egg was not done and if the egg isn't done I damn sure know the chicken ain't done. Definitely not worth the wait go to McDonald's Burger King even.
