Sad this place takes for ever WITH customer orders and let’s not talk about online orders 10 drivers waiting for orders. It seem like no one knows how to follow suit orders all over the place BAD BAD BAD FOR BUSINESS. Were is the manager very poor management SAD. They seem very LOST. HELP IS DEFINITELY NEEDED

I ordered and paid for my food but I had to wait a half hour to receive it. I went to the counter to ask how much longer the Wait would be and discovered my order wasn't started. Very disappointed!

This place is not the same. I should have checked the ratings first. Never again. When I say no Mayo I mean no Mayo. Soda was flat. Refuse to add mustard.

When you order from the app they are the slowest. Doordashers have been there waiting and they have yet to even make my order. This is the worst Wendys in all of the Boston area. I’ve never seen a place so dysfunctional in person and on line. Smh. There’s 2 gentlemen that work there and they seem to always be focused and irritable from others not keeping up. The owner should be ashamed and the manager should be managed to do better. That’s why the workers walked out before. Management. Treat your teams better to work better together. Efficient training for all. So over this location.

Whenever I go to this Wendy’s the line is so outstandishly long that I drive to the Quincy location. Massive difference.

After waiting almost 30 minutes in the car line I finally ordered the Meal #1 - Dave's double w everything - medium size, and a Junior Cheese burger with no ketchup/mustard - total was almost $16. When I returned home I was very disappointed - once again they got the order wrong - ended up with single burger, and the Junior burger (just the burger) which was a bun with a paper thin burger about the size of a 50 cent coin and cheese nothing else on it - it was almost all bread - the smallest, ickest burger I think I have ever seen. I could not believe that I spent almost an hour and $16 because for this awful meal experience. Almost half of the time they short change me on my orders or money - I am starting to wonder if this is deliberate. I am done with that place.

I'm a big fan of the spicy chicken sandwich. They are very tasty with just the right amount of spice. You get more stuff on the sandwich than Chick-fil-A. I used to work for Wendy's so I might be a little biased.

I went in here 3 days ago to try the fish sandwich. My cousin and I bought the meal. The damn fish was dry fried and burnt. To the point where it scrapes the roof of your mouth. Smfh won't be eating that again. Fries was good
