This is me writing my first review because I normally don’t think it’s that big of a deal until it is. This place sucks and I hope no one experiences this place at all. First, the girl and guys working there on Wednesday were so weird. They would stare at you while you ordered and not even smile. We got a pesto chicken sandwich and some fries and a Snapple which costed 28$ total. The sandwich smelt bad and the chicken was stale with no seasoning. The fries were cold and soggy and they barely put any pesto on it. The worst place I have ever ate at my entire life, for the price too? RIDICULOUS. Save yourself the time and the money !

They are selling crawfish Mac and cheese as lobster Mac and cheese. When I confronted the manager he admitted they ran out of lobster but would not refund my purchase.

I don't even know where to begin. First, you a required to leave a tip at this place. They don't give you other options. Second, my daughter couldn't even eat the panini. Not only was is bad, but there was so much bread. The ratio of the filling to bread was 70% bread 30% filling. Do not go here and waste your $. We bought 1 panini and 2 drinks and it cost us $26!

Just to add my two cents to the reviews (which unfortunately, I only read after my visit). I've given 3 star on atmosphere because the food on the counter does look good. But it's a deception; what I was served - for 28 bucks no less - was a small portion of cold, tasteless pasta, with a stale piece of 'garlic' bread. Absolutely, 100%, the worse market eating experience I have ever experienced, and put a downer on my Quincy Market experience. (At the time of writing, praying the lobster was fresh that day and won't turn on me later.) Avoid at all cost...I repeat, avoid at all costs.

Manager tried to charge me for items I did not order. The food is awful no flavor my husband ordered a panini and it was dry not toasted and hardly any meat. Overpriced and service was the worst. I don’t mind paying high dollar for good food and good service. This place is horrible!!!!

Listen to the reviews! $20+ for dry, old, hard food. Just threw it away. Should've looked at reviews beforehand. Lesson to me! Tasted like dirty water and overnight microwaved food. It even had a piece of the tail shell.

The only disappointing experience during our recent stay in Boston. I was looking forward to some lobster mac n cheese, and we visited Quincy Market during our Freedom Trail walk. I mistakenly did not look up reviews before trying this place. Food was pricy, which is expected downtown, but everything was extremely bland and definitely not worth the $!

Go to a different food stand in Faneuil Hall. Food doesn't taste good, portions are small, prices are absurd even in this tourist trap.

Went for a stroll during lunch break and Ordered Chicken and brócoli Alfredo. The gentleman who helped me was nice but by the looks of how he was serving my food (barely any chicken) he was well trained to not give out the good stuff. In this case brócoli and chicken. It was not until I spoke up and that he added a 1/2 oz of chicken. To add to my experience the food was very bland and was missing salt . Not tasty whatsoever, but I ate it because I was hungry. One more thing a 1/2 a piece of garlic bread is $4, which I did not buy other wise my quick lunch would have been $27+
