Without any doubt the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I had to throw it away. The bread was 2 days old, the cheese tasted like plastic, and was cold, the ham was of doubtful source. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Threw half of a simple ham and cheese to the trash.
Please try better

Ordered curly fries and tenders. The fries were medium warm and stale. The tenders were mealy and under seasoned. Slightly undercooked too. Definitely do not come here to eat. Was not worth 18+ tip.

The chicken is very dry and the curly fries were too soggy. All in all not a great experience.

Dryest sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken and bread in the BBQ chicken panini were both terrible. And for $15? Avoid this place at all costs!!!
Only giving one star because I have to in order to give a review. Should have known it was terrible when there was no line during a crowded weekend at lunch. First time I’ve ever gone back to complain about a simple sandwich. Practically impossible to fail with but somehow West End Strollers did. Also, we all had ill tummies after eating there. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely the worst sandwich I’ve ever had — avoid at all costs. Wish I read the reviews before. I like supporting local and it seemed like a decent spot from a distance.
I’ve traveled a lot and tried food in countless places, but this was hands down the worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I’m not exaggerating when I say I took one bite and immediately threw it out. I never waste food, but this was genuinely inedible.
The display looked decent at first, which gave me some hope. But then I watched as the guy behind the counter pulled out a piece of dry-as-a-rock chicken from the display case, slapped some tomato sauce on it, and microwaved the whole thing. No cheese, no seasoning, no effort — just soggy bread and chicken that tasted like it had been sitting around for two days. I had to even throw out the bun to get to the chicken.
It was disgusting. The bun was a soggy mess, the chicken was old and flavorless, and the whole thing felt like something you’d throw together in a gas station at 2 AM — and even that might be generous.
The worst part? The person making it clearly didn’t care. No one who respects food or customers would serve something like this. It’s honestly shameful.
Chicken parm sandwich rating: 0/10,000.
If I could give it a negative rating, I would. This place seriously needs to rethink what it’s doing — or shut down. And for 25$..

Wish I would've checked the reviews. Guy microwavedy food, fries were soggy and the pulled pork tasted old and freezer burned. There isn't even an attempt made to be good. Every bite I took made me more sad. Not recommended

There is a reason why this place has a low rating. The lobster pasta/linguine is stale, not as hot, not creamy at all. Only 2 small pieces of lobster meat, the rest is crawfish. Not fresh, not sweet at all.
The garlic bread is dry and hard. The curly fries is soggy, not fresh or crispy.
I had a bite of each and threw everything away. I did not check review of this place before trying and I regret it. I hope they can improve the food quality in the future so they can keep their spot at the prime location like this Quincy market. Other places are good and decent. Only this specific place is an outlier in the low end.
I went to this place on one of the dinners on my school trip. They got the lobster Mac & cheese and MICROWAVED it. The food was not fresh and it tasted weird. It was $20 for a small bowl. There was no no tip option so they forced you to tip.
Yuck. $20 for tiny, mushy, lukewarm, really bland dish.
