Incredible service! The girl working the counter was SO sweet and talkative. The food was delicious, not too greasy and a great taste. Close to public transportation and plenty of parking around. You can even buy pizza by the slice! Highly recommend.

Solid pizza. Pros: They aren't stingy with toppings, including cheese. Very hefty pizza, more than many places. Good value. Red onions used as onions, vs yellow or white, which is a great flavor choice. Cons: Greek-style crust, not my favorite type. Sort of messy to eat. But 4 stars nonetheless. Good value, price was sharp for pizza on GrubHub. Probably one of the better values for pizza on GrubHub and I order A LOT of pizza.

The best place in West Roxbury! The service is unbelievable; truly the nicest people you will meet. On top of that, the pasta is some of the best i’ve ever had. I have been coming here for almost a year now, and I am yet to be disappointed. Highly recommend this place!Kid-friendliness: the place is family owned, and they are super welcoming to kids!
We just moved to the area and were struggling to find good pizza until we hit up West Napoli today! Got ourselves a cheese pizza and a veggie one, and both were awesome. The crust was yum, and the veggie pizza was loaded with veggies. I called them for a special request, and the lady on the other end was super sweet and nice. Overall, we loved it! Totally recommend giving it a shot!
