Windy City Pizza - Dorchester

All of a sudden after many orders being delivered to my house, they decided not to deliver to Abington tonight. Good pizza, terrible service. I’ll just go elsewhere and not order from them again. NP

Terrible Customer Service

I love this place. The pizza is fresh,delicious and the sizes are pretty big. The subs are absolutely delicious,the bread is so fresh.

I had a very frustrating experience with this restaurant that I feel others should be aware of. My order was cancelled because the delivery driver assumed I wasn't going to tip. I had a cash tip ready, but the driver didn't bother to check before making that assumption. Additionally, the security desk at my job doesn't allow food to be left with them, which is why I instructed the driver to leave it there
and call me so I could come down to pick it up, as I have done with other deliveries before. Instead of understanding the situation, I was accused of intentionally avoiding a tip. It's disheartening and unprofessional to be treated this way when I made every effort to communicate my instructions clearly. The restaurant seemed more focused on jumping to conclusions than
addressing the actual issue. As someone who values professionalism and respect in service, I won't be recommending this place
to anyone. The way this was handled was completely unacceptable.

I ordered the jalapeño poppers. They only had a small slice of jalapeño in them, and the cream cheese did not have a good taste to it either. overall 2/10

Had the Buffalo chicken tenders. They have gone up in price, but their tasty quality is better than ever. Gentleman behind the register was great. He never stopped hustling.

6 24 24. Had the special and got it delivered.
Under 23 bucks for a small pepper roni pizza and 1lb of Buffalo Tenders mild.
Food arrived hot in about 35 minutes.

No restroom, no sink whatsoever to wash hands. The server was astonishingly robotic. The pizza had hair and we had to send it back.
