Just just ordered today being November 30 and got a text saying my food was delivered. I’m like well I’m sitting in the lobby of the Ramada Inn and my food’s not here. Nobody came in the door. He sends me a picture and The food is hanging on my old address on Dorchester Avenue where there was a fire October 1 the building is all boarded up with signs on the door and no lights on cause there’s no electricity going to the house but that’s where he left the food and now they’re refusing to give me my money back because they said I didn’t change the address. I have the proof which I will be posting

This was my first time visiting this place since it moved years ago from its previous location across from the McDonald on Gallivion Blvd. I placed a order for pick up a few moment after they opened. Was pleasantly greeted and had my ordered confirmed back to me with a total. When I arrived in the time frame give , I was greeted and the food was ready, Fresh and hot, but most importantly delicious. I can go to most places and grab take out but I find it rare these days when great customer service is also delivered with your order. this place was one of the few that was great service, clean. They had a selection of Pepsi products for drinks and slices of pizza at the ready. Will be back more often.

WOW. I had moved out of the area for almost 10 years and recently moved back to Milton. I had a craving for some of Windy City's wings and they did not disappoint. You can't get anything like these anywhere else that I've been. They come with so much sauce they have to deliver them in a plastic bucket so they don't spill. Also ordered a plain cheese pizza to wash them down and I can't recommend it enough. Ordered on their website and it was super easy. Showed up on time, tasted great.

I see some reviews here about service being iffy, but it wasn't my experience at all. Some of these people must not have ever worked in the service industry to be complaining the way they are.

I know it's not the cheapest place, but it's definitely worth it for the quality.

IMO the best thing on the menu here is the wings, and yes, they are worth the price!

***IMPORTANT*** Update 10/20/25***

I just received a response from Windy City and it states they RECORD all their phone calls without consent. Please be aware when you call that you are being recorded. See attached highlighted photo below.

I just had the absolute worst experience I think I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I called to place an order for delivery because I was sick. I ordered a steak tip Cesar salad wrap. The order came and my hubby came out and said “good luck with this”.
It was a tortilla wrap with a salad on top. Steak tips, lettuce, cukes and Italian dressing. I called because I can not eat cukes so it ended up in the trash and wanted a refund. The very rude guy on the phone (which it seems from reviews that everyone has spoken to) said he could not give a refund. He argued that cukes come on every Cesar salad and if I can’t eat them I shouldn’t order Cesar salad. I said no place on this earth puts cukes on Cesar salad. I asked to speak to a manager and he came back and said the kitchen admitted the made a mistake and put cukes instead of croutons. I said ok you guys made a mistake this is not what I ordered you have to refund me he said no. I asked for the manager again and said “the manager approved the refund but you have to bring it back”. I explained it was in the trash but said I’d be glad to dig it out if he sent a driver to pick it up. He said no you have to come to the store. I explained I had COVID and that is why I ordered for delivery as I didn’t want to get anyone sick. His response was one of the craziest responses I have ever heard he said I quote “You have COVID?? You didn’t tell me you had COVID if I had known I would not have taken your order over the phone I would have had you do it online”…. I was like ummmmm what???? Then he repeated that I had to bring the food in for a refund and he had a mask for me to wear. I said ok if that is what you want me to do I’ll be glad to come down with COVID and my food. I asked to speak to the manager one more time and he said he’s busy we are getting ready to close. I said ok you just told me to go there and now you are saying your closed. I said ok I’ll report you and will NEVER return. He said ok. Pretty sad as we have followed them for Gallivan Blvd to Newport Ave to Morrissey Blvd. From reading all the reviews seems they do this to everyone so do NOT order from here!!!!

I ordered a 2 small BBQ tenders and my daughter found a metal thing in it. I asked for a refund but I had to bring it back or get a new one and they will bring it. So I decided to get a new one. Tell why the driver left the food on the porch.

All of a sudden after many orders being delivered to my house, they decided not to deliver to Abington tonight. Good pizza, terrible service. I’ll just go elsewhere and not order from them again. NP

Pizza was ok, but the chicken ceaser salad was not.

The large chicken tender which is served in a bucket with the spicy buffalo sauce is my favorite chicken tender dish in the city

Just had a horrible experience i had to write a review. First, my husband went to pick it up and they were insistent the order wasn’t there. When we showed proof, the rude worker gave him my plate upside down. My dinner was ruined everything was drenched in buffalo sauce.

I want to like Windy City so badly bc its so convenient. I love a buffalo chicken ceasar wrap- and its on their menu. I’ve ordered it a few times and keep asking them to not do this. But they keep making a buffalo tender wrap. A handful pieces of lettuce a couple croutons and thats it. No Caesar dressing, and FULL tenders so its a pain in the ass to eat. I tried telling the restaurant directly but clearly they dont care so Im left to leave a review like a karen.

Hopefully they see this and change it.

It is actually disappointing this place has gone down in service. How are you LOCATED in Dorchester but say you DO NOT Deliver to streets in Dorchester less than 10 min drive from your restaurant location. Then when asked what is your area radius for deliver WON’T SAY WHAT THAT IS. Then hang up on a customer. You said take my business somewhere else WILL DO but not before I leave a review on your nasty customer service.

Absolutely unacceptable
