Hello. Do not waste ur money here. I sat here and waited here for at least 15-20 for a pizza that just needed to be reheated for ATLEAST 30 seconds, and it ended up getting burnt. I am not happy and was then treated badly. I felt lots of passive aggressive vibes from the cashier.

I've been a long time customer 10+ years. NEVER had a negative experience until recently. Maybe they have a new cook. I always order a side a chicken tenders with one of their sauces that they let marinate in a large plastic container. This order they barely put any sauce in the container so it was like I was eating plain chicken tenders

I ordered for the first time because I was looking for real chicken wings instead of wing dings. I got garlic parm wings and a steak and cheese sub with onions and mushrooms. Everything absolutely screamed for seasoning/salt. SO BLAND! There were barely any onions and peppers on the sub. Lastly their sub rolls are super soft with no chew/pull to them at all. Never again.

The food has been okay. Its the customer service that really needs to be looked at. The older gentleman that works the cash register cannot multitask. I called for an order, I get there and I am the only one in the store. His cell phone beeped with a text message while he was cashing me out. He stops right in the middle of cashing me out and picks up his phone to respond to a text. I told him I am on my way to work and I am being cashed out. You don't disrespect your customers like that. He needs to be spoken to about trying to do other things while attending to a customer. ITS RUDE. This has happened multiple times. I call it in so that I can just run in and pick it up and keep it moving. If I had time to hang around the store I would of never called it in. People call in their orders so they can just pick it up and go. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I called to place an order as I do every week and spend a lot of money with this company. Saturday was no different. The gentleman working the phones and the store was extremely racist and disrespectful and disgusting while I was placing my order. He rushed me on the phone while I was placing my order and then hung up the phone on me(I completed my order and was asking for a total). I drive to the location to talk to a manager and he told me to leave his store he was not servicing “my kind” and called me an idiot and repeatedly told me to leave. He told me he would never accept my money so why waste my time in the restaurant. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life and to be treated unjust is beyond unacceptable. This gentleman should not be allowed to work anywhere with his attitude towards minority women and minorities in general. I called the Quincy location and talked to a gentleman that always takes my order and he apologized repeatedly to me and took my order and guaranteed me that he would inform the actual manager of the incident.Should he continue to be employed by this company I do not see any good service coming from this store. I’ve never had a bad experience in my history of ordering but that gentleman (older white man thin gray hair) ruined a life long experience dating back to when they occupied the storefront on Gallivan Blvd and Adams st. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Honestly the old man needs to get fired everytime I ask for a slice he complains…. I come here everyday and now because of this guy I will no longer b goin here the service is absolute garbage he lied saying pizza is warm it’s ice cold I threw it away and still charge me almost 10 dollars u lost a customer that’s been going there everyday last 2 months

Food is pretty good, disappointed in the wings, will not order the wings again, I asked if I could have mostly flats (in writing) as I dislike drumsticks, my order had ALL DRUMSTICKS.... seriously?? I get you can't give all Flats, but to include none! Bad business
