Hi , idk how many times i tried to give this restaurant a chance. But they always seem to mess up my order and the manager does not care. If you ask for a 10 piece they give you 5. that’s clearly not what i paid for. They are constantly overcooking the wing but that’s what they are supposed to be known for. the manager opens the restaurant whenever he wants and closes whenever he wants. The service is terrible and they don’t care to fix it. Yes the food tolerable but the customer service is not.

Drove in yesterday for my brother's birthday late nite. Ordered shrimp, honey lemon chicken and fries, while I waited in the car, the man in dreads have been extremely kind and polite, and welcoming towards my brother, not knowing the occation. I've noticed while waiting for the food that he is very friendly and charasmatic with everyone around him.
The food tasted like we visited someone's home and just came in over for dinner. The amount of love and attention that was placed for every piece of single food that we had is crazy. The shrimp was outstanding, even as a bonus, the tail ends was cut off. The honey lemon pepper wings were freaking amazing. At first I was afraid that the food may need some sauce, however how amazing and mouthwatering everything is, it really didn't need any.
The YouTuber Lil Poudii is the big reason we learned about the place and wanted to give it a try. The entire experience and food is a full 10/10 for us and even though a touch pricy, it was worth every cent. Looking forward to returning again!!

Order on door dash and never accepted the order; I called to confirm the order was received they confirmed they received it and are working on it. When I went to pick it up, my food was not ready and he said he ran out of chicken….!?!

Nice guy great food but don’t be in a rush to go anywhere fast even just ordering takeout. Set up a pickup time of 4:30 through grubhub. Didn’t walk out with my food until after 5:30.

Inside of Iris Kitchen is the best wings in Boston. Made to order, these wings are crispy, fresh, well seasoned, and absolutely incredible. I had the buffalo, honey, lemon pepper, and jerk x bbq. 100000/10. The chef is so kind and does his best despite the high demand with low staffing. If you want wings in Boston you NEED to go to Wings & Tingz.
