Ordered wings, fries and a 2 liter soda through Grubhub but the wings and soda were missing (and the fries cold). Called restaurant, staff told me that chicken was placed in bag (impossible since it was stapled) and that their hands were tied, that I would have to make complaint through Grubhub (which only allowed us to get refund for the chicken, not the soda). Really wish they had worked with me more on trying to fix the issue; I’ve enjoyed their stuff in the past, maybe just don’t do delivery. At least the celery was good.

They put barely any buffalo sauce on my full throttle wings so they were not hot(spicy), they filled the blue cheese container only half way(maybe less) that I paid $1.79… and gave me essentially rotted/not crunchy celery. Just felt like there was no effort and I did not get the value I paid for… brutal

The young lady working the counter was so nice and friendly & organized and professional all while the store was very busy. Didnt get her name but she did a great job.
Service is awful at this location, lost a returning customer. Cashier being extremely rude and dismissive to people who are trying to order while also scrolling on phone while customers trying to order. I loved this place, but the customer service has gone out the window.

They swapped from full-sized boneless tenders to boneless bites. An absolute disgrace to the Wings Over brand. More money for less chicken is absolutely wack.

There were a bunch of rude teenagers who came in after me. I was there picking up my order and the staff were so kind and attentive despite the other diners being so nasty, bitching about the prices and just overall being very gross. They deserve a raise to have to put up with that behavior!
