bro wings stop had failed me again why did my food Cost almost 52$ for it to come oily and under seasoned I understand that you can’t over seasone stuff but that doesn’t mean that you don’t have season at all it was also so extremely oily like the whole container was covered in oil yet not a drop of seasoning was on the food ? I’m honestly disappointed that’s all I have to say 🥲

MORE than 90 minutes late. Food was cold, of course. Delivery guy spoke little English, so I might suggest that you have a translator available so driver can call when he/she KNOWS order will be over 45 minutes late. Ruined a celebratory evening.
Kid-friendliness: Our kids were gravely disappointed as they looked forward to these wings with excited anticipation. Food was cold & super late.

Our order was around 48 dollars total. The 15 piece wing that we got had NO sauce on it. None. Took us 3 DIFFERENT phones to finally speak to a guy, and the first few times he put us on hold and hung up on us multiple times after we asked for a refund. Literally took us 30 mins and we didn’t even get a refund from them. He threatened to not give us the refund if we wrote a bad Google review. Well here it is your customer service is horrible and need retraining.

I ordered ahead to give the workers time to make my order, it was just a 2 person combo, and picked it up past the estimated time. There was ample time to correctly pack to order; I get home and the ranch is missing, fine. Now I go have to go back for the ranch. For my troubles, politely requested ONE extra ranch and was receipt checked by the employee who said that 2 is the number I got. In reality, there was none in the bag so I got none and more gas was used to get there. Customer service needs to be re-trained.

Got delivery. Sent boneless instead of bone in. Order confirmed was supposed to be bone in. They also sent two ranches instead of one ranch one blue cheese also confirmed in order. Place is already pricey enough when you’re getting what you order. Barely any sauce on the wings either. The place is no good.

this place is grossly understaffed or lack the proper cookware. It takes 30 mins minimum to get your order completed and that’s for a small wing. This isn’t a one time thing either. It has been like this for two years over the handful times i’ve come. Incredible how little the company and management care for their workers and make them scramble to complete a single order
