The food is decent enough, but we spent $200 for dinner for 4 with very, very slow service and fine food (not outstanding but not bad). Unfortunately, there was only one server and one bartender on staff for a full house, which meant nothing was getting done in any kind of timely manner. I felt bad for the waitress when we had dinner, as she was definitely trying, but since she was the only server there was no way she could keep up with a full house. We waited over an hour for just drinks. Later in the stay at DoubleTree, we ordered three desserts for room service (3 stars for the hotel- front desk was great, we had a drafty window the engineer only cleaned and my husband actually fixed and a toilet that ran like molasses, but otherwise comfy beds and good room) and they showed up 60 minutes after we placed the order (after we called and asked about it), almost completely melted after having sat under a heat lamp for 45-60 minutes with dairy products. Trust me when I say you don't want to know what cheesecake and Boston cream pie look like when they've sat under a heat lamp for almost an hour. When we showed the front desk, they said they would replace the order. 15 minutes later and it hadn't even been put into the system yet and we completely canceled the order at that point. Would not recommend Wisteria unless you want to experiment with "how long has my food been sitting there" and see what happens. The hotel itself is fine, but the restaurant is not up to Hilton standards.

Came in with a group of 5 maybe 45 minutes before closing. Was greeted by waiter who repeatedly told us that the kitchen was closing in a few minutes. Took drink order and forgot about us and made it obvious that he couldn't wait to close. Luckily the host was super helpful and friendly otherwise we would have left. Not 100% if I would return or recommend. Only was convenient because we were staying in the Doubletree that's attached.

I was with a big party and went for dinner the night beforehand and breakfast in the morning. The dinner staff was pretty attentive although it took a long time for everything to get to us including drinks. The drinks themselves were not the greatest, wine was warm, old fashion was terrible. The food at night was okay.Breakfast was not good at all, half our party got their food at one time and the other half didn't get it for 30 plus minutes. We brought it up to the staff and they said it was because we were splitting the check, however some of people on the split check still got the food on time. Meanwhile the waitresses were talking on their cellphones, gossiping with each other and not paying attention to their tables. When we finally got the final two breakfast dishes they were cold. Very disappointed

I was surprised by the quality of food served in a hotel bar. The buffalo wings were some of the best I ever had, and the salad must have been picked from a garden as I ordered it. It's 4 stars for the atmosphere as it is in a hotel lobby, but still a comfortable space with excellent food.

Stayed at the doubletree for a business trip, so went here 3 times.2/3 times my food was served cold, which were also the two times were the wait was extremely long, so I assume my food was just hanging out in the kitchen.I had the burger, it was okay but very dry as there is no sauce in it. I asked and they gave me a little cup on the side of aioli. It was also cold, so that did not help the experience. The fries were good but very salty. The next time I had the mushroom pasta, that was nice if a little greasy.Last time I came for breakfast and had the avocado toast on sourdough. The bread was not sourdough, even though that was what it said on the menu. Again it was served cold, bread cold, avocado fridge cold and the egg a little lukewarm in the center. For a hotel restaurant it is an okay choice if you are not in a hurry and not in the mood for going out.Staff was nice and friendly.

Brunch of frozen foods frozen, salmon frozen steak, frozen grilled chicken, frozen wings, even the freezer like dang. Also breakfast is bad you ask for an omelette you get scrambled eggs. Portion size are super small. Ordered a steak medium came out rare with the cow still alive. Also found mold in the food. Also they can't cook there burgers correctly let alone there steaks please stay home and don't ruin your dinner plans folks. I've seen food hit tables hour 1:30 Minutes after ordering. cheers Hilton ?

Staying at the DoubleTree, took in the restaurant on a rainy day for brunch. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Lobster Benedict was full of flavor (folks who sat down after us couldn't order because they were out, so suggest to get there right at 10), and the smash breakfast burger was awesome. Service was great. Would def. return on a stay here!

Exceeded expectations! We weren’t expecting to enjoy a hotel restaurant as much as we did. From the freshly-made pasta to the creative menu options, Wisteria provided delicious food served hot and presented beautifully. Our server, Ashley, was professional and friendly. She anticipated our needs, like a larger carafe of coffee, before we even needed to ask. As we were staying at the Doubletree to be close to our father who was a patient at Tufts, we ate breakfast and dinner there for three days and were never disappointed. It was our respite during a difficult time.
