Always a must visit for me when I visit Boston! Amazing lobster rolls, I always either get the traditional or the hot buttered roll. You can't go wrong either way. The lobster bisque also has a ton of delicious lobster meat and medium is a pretty decent sized portion for two to share.
Also tried a crab roll this time, very delicious as well. Tons of crab meat with a nice fresh mayo dressing!

Easygoing Seaport spot that’s been around forever and even had its moment on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives.
The clam chowder is the clear standout: thick, rich, and about as comforting as it gets. The lobster roll is generous and well done, though not quite city-best. The Bloody Mary is strong, spicy, and packed with extras, a great match for the seafood.
Service is friendly but light, somewhere between counter and table service. The setting is casual with indoor and outdoor seating and a relaxed harbor feel. You’ll probably like it for what it is: a solid, classic Boston seafood stop that hits the spot, even if it won’t change your life.

As someone who has never had a lobster roll (Midwest) my first thought when I found out I had to go to Boston was that I wanted to try one. This was the highest rated place near snowport that served lobster rolls. They were fantastic, they had a special that was 3 mini rolls, each of their rolls on the menu, and the only advice I can give is that they should put this on their full menu. I had heard the debate of which one was better (cold vs hot) and I was able to try both (plus a fried roll). I love that that was an option for me. Such a great place.

It is an intresting place. It looks like shack by the water, but serves fine restaurant quality food. We tried three types of lobsters. They were fantastic. Lobster bisque was outstanding. Very often chefs overload it with pepper. This one was perfect, not too salted, not really spicy.
We had a dinner and next day ordered take out for the road.

What an excellent place!! This is beyond 5 stars. The crobster (lobster and crab) was amazing with tons of fresh meat in a bun. It was not salty at all or mixed w mayo or aoli sauce so it was perfect naturally so you could appreciate the meat. It came w fries that I didn’t like - not real crispy, too thick and didn’t have good flavor for the potato. And the steamers were also fresh and lots of fun w butter. Indoor and outdoor seating and outdoor seating was really nice because they have heat lamps and it’s enclosed. It’s toasty for outdoor seating even when it’s 45 degrees F outside so very nice. I would eat that crobster daily!

It does not get any better than this! Lobster roll here is one of the best that l have ever had! ice cold biggest chunks of lobster meat mmmm mmmm! The fries were crispy and hot and the cole slaw was fresh and cold. One of my favorites in Boston. Lobster roll is a must!! In a city where clam chowder is huge here it was okay not my top choice...But that lobster roll has my mouth watering as we speak! 100% recommend!

For $45 I want my delicious Hot Buttered Lobster Roll to have tender, moist lobster pieces.
It was tough and it was dry. The butter on the bread was exquisite. The onion rings were also overcooked and a bit too crunchy.

Great butter poached lobster roll, not cheap, but very very good. Good size too. Barking crab is cheaper, but also smaller. I liked Yankee Lobster the best.

Great lobster rolls with brioche buns. The serving of lobster is generous and it’s cooked well. I enjoyed the added celery and lettuce for an extra crunch.

Crab roll was excellent, we also had fish and chips and a hot butter lobster roll. Portions were good. Lots of lobster and crab on the rolls!
