Customer and actual service was severely lacking at this location. I came with a large group (11) it was not a packed house for a Saturday night (should’ve been our first red flag). We got our first round of drink fairly quickly, food was ordered, appetizers showed up. After the appetizers were 100% gone the plates for the appetizers showed up. Confused, we asked them to take the plates back and got “it’s for the appetizers” and we had to explain that the appetizers are eaten. At this time you’d think, they’d remove the eaten appetizer plates from the table. This did not happen. As we were waiting for food we had to flag down our waiter for refills. We did not receive any refills, we flagged down whatever waiter we could find now with our food half eaten and so thirsty, and asked for refills a second time. The waiter we flagged down just plainly stated “your waiter will be back” and we tried to explain that we had asked for refills about 20 minutes ago and was just met again with “your waiter will be with you”. 90% of the food is now gone. Our waiter has appeared with our refills! He sets down 2 drinks before spilling the third down my friends back filling her purse with refreshing ice water that we’ve been waiting nearly an hour for. I go and help my friend dry herself and her belongings. During this time, the table asked for 2 more waters because 1 was dropped and is now in my friends purse and most of us had not water a drink at the table in 1.5 hours. As the waiter goes to get more waters the manager stops him, tells him to only bring the table ONE WATER and to start clearing the table. No one other than the mortified waiter said anything to my friend. No manager came up to her apologized. The best service we received was only because they wanted us out of the restaurant. We paid our bill, on the kiosk and never saw our waiter or manager again.

Thanks for dumping a full glass of water on me and into my bag… what an effective way to hydrate after waiting for 25 minutes for it. Then choosing to acknowledge it by making the decision (loudly) to not send the table more water… not sending someone to speak with me personally…. or offering to adjust the bill… odd choice from a customer-service standpoint. Dinner & a shower - yay ??? Full body experience!

Went for a business event. Visiting Boston from Copenhagen, Denmark. Nice food, good beer, nice atmos. But when we left it was heavy rain. Our Uber app didn't work for some reason. Tried to get a taxi. No luck. Went back in, asked if they could order a taxi, but the taxis would only come if we paid over the phone. Wasn't to keen about that. The manager said, after trying to get a taxi, I'll book an Uber, and she paid for it. She didn't want any payment. I only had 10S in cash which probably could cover it, or most of it. However beside the point, the manager covered our Uber ride, and just asked us to do a good deed to someone else instead. Wow, that was impressive and not something I have ever tried anywhere. A very beautiful end to a nice evening at the Yardhouse. Thanks a million, much appreciated.

Decent place & service. The food selection it's not all that. Definitely not worth it especially when you find hair in your entiree. The quinoa in one of the dishes is absolutely disgusting no tast or flavor. I do not recommend the place at all.

We came here for drinks to celebrate my sister's bachelorette after leaving Loretta's for being upset of their false advertisement of dancing. The waiter was super kind (Max) and amazed that they don't do it anymore either! He brought out a special dessert just for my sister on the house to make up for our disappointed evening and he deserves ALL the praise. Oh the drinks were delicious as was that dessert.
