Tea is good. But services are poker face within any word, even didn’t notify us when the tea is ready. We’ve been sitting for a while and saw the tea on the counter.
Matcha oreo was a good alternative to Starbucks
They may change their boba brand :( The boba is smaller now. They were my favorite boba tea place because I really like their boba.

Zero service. Long wait for drink. I saw my drink was made and placed on counter for a few minutes but nobody wrapped up or attended anyone in the waiting area. The drink was no longer fresh when I got it. I paid extra to get crème top but it was not added. I had to remind the server. Almost $10 drink tasted wateriness. They even asked for 18%+ tips when I paid on self service machine?!

Located on the same block as other dessert places on Newbury Street, Zero& offers a unique experience where they use cane sugar instead of other sugars, making it a more "healthier" option of boba.
The service here is good, they make the drinks quite quickly and there is a mobile app to order ahead.
The drinks can be hit or miss depending on your tastes. I really enjoy the Matcha Tornado, which usually has a slushy feeling that goes well with the oreo crumbs inside the drink. I've also tried the thai tea version, which I enjoy but feel is a bit too sweet for my liking.
Atmosphere is ok, it can get a bit crowded and humid inside the place so it may feel a bit unpleasant, but overall it is ok.
I would check ahead on the app because sometimes they don't have the ingredients necessary for certain products.

for a place in downtown boston, their setup is great. it requires 0 interaction with the staff (they have ordering kiosks) and service is fast. i tried their “thai me up” drink and it was amazing. best boba i’ve had in boston!
Wheelchair accessibility: this store is in a basement unit and requires two flights of stairs to get in/out of. would not recommend for wheelchair users unless able to easily get up/down stairs.

Delicious, beautiful boba! Their ingredient quality is clearly sky-high, and it felt actually worth the price (unlike many other boba places in the area). Their Crème Brulee Milk tea is fantastic, for fans of Brown Sugar Milk Teas at other places!

I got pink guava oasis boba with no sugar. It tastes kind of bitter but okay. The atmosphere wasn’t pleasant. The staff is really loud and arrogant. The unbothered woman that works there pushed the chair into me while I was sitting at the table. Wasn’t too pleasing. The restroom is nice though

Clean, cool basement shop with deliciously refreshing cold drinks. Patient, helpful staff. Had the passionfruit lemonade, less sweet, but a lot of options for ice, sweetness and sweetener (cane sugar or other). Spotless bathroom. A great rest stop for a Newbury browsing stroll
