it was a beautiful hotel. I guess I got my hopes up too much for getting a request filled with the other hotel or Fenway but it didn't happen. I guess the debt was worth the gamble but I always lose 😉 Everyone was friendly and treated my older kids really well.

My review relates solely to the spa services. I was a day guest, solely there to partake in spa services. The front desk was a welcome greeting and the therapist was amazing. The constant upselling was uncomfortable, and despite being the sole person in locker rooms, I was followed around the entire time that I was there both pre and post massage. I stood in a wall full of lockers , as the only patron in there at the time, trying to collect myself and someone decided it was the perfect time to check every single Locker in my area. I promptly left and found my therapist discussing with the front desk and felt more uncomfortable. the desk also commented on my time spent inside which added to the uncomfortable environment that was established . The therapist herself was kind and talented but I would not recommend and would not return based on the atmosphere.

Wonderful property. Exactly what you would expect from a five star business hotel. However, they do have a beautiful spa, pool and workout area.

I have only one minor issue; the luggage racks not only in this property, but many properties, do not accommodate for today’s new style luggage that “hatches” open versus having a top in the bottom. Hopefully, an adjustment will be made to catch up with the new technology in the near future.

One Dalton Boston Four Seasons has easily earned our loyalty ~ I’m not sure sure exactly how many times we have stayed here over the past 5 years, probably a dozen at this point, and still feeling special every time.
And always the best nights sleep! They remember our pillow preferences and how I like extra washcloths.
We already have reservations for our next stay.
Service always accommodating and welcoming.
Restaurants and cocktails are consistently top notch.
We always find our suites to be immaculately clean, well appointed and well maintained.

Perfection at it’s finest. From start to finish this hotel does not disappoint. The room was plush and comfortable and the service is top notch. Was feeling under the weather so I ordered some room service, French onion soup. The staff that brought up my meal was very kind and paid attention to all the details. Covers taken off the bowl and the tv adjusted towards the table where my food was placed. It’s all in the small details.
Scan a barcode to order a tailored made coffee brought to your room or enjoy some complementary treats from the vault located on each floor. Everyone should experience a four seasons once in their lifetime.

Spent a weekend in May at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, and it was fantastic. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore.

The hotel is modern and sleek, with amazing views from the rooms. The staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay.

This was my second time having afternoon tea at Trifecta. Our server Marley we have had twice and she is phenomenal. She is the model of what an amazing server should be. She notices everything to meet your needs before you can even think to ask. She goes over and above to give that exceptional experience. I highly recommend requesting Marley if you will be attending their afternoon tea!

Our family of five had a first class stay at the Four Seasons Boston One Dalton. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. The spacious and luxurious rooms were perfect for our family, with stunning views of the city.

The attention to detail was remarkable – from the welcoming gifts for our kids to the personalized service at every turn. The indoor pool was a huge hit with our children, and we loved unwinding in the relaxing hotel atmosphere after a day of exploring Boston. The location is unbeatable, with many of Boston’s best attractions just a short walk away.

If you’re looking for a family-friendly luxury experience, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

What an experience!! Absolutely amazing stay! We came to Boston for our anniversary and this place made our weekend very special! From the moment we arrived to the tiniest detail everything was great! The spa at this place is amazing with superb customer service!! Literally, I have nothing even slighly negative to speak of. Will be coming back for special occasions! Our room view was amazing as well, bed was very comfortable and everything you need was at your finger tips!! Room service is outstanding, we came back from the city and our room was clean and everything was arranged nicely in the bathroom!

On another note, I was doing my hair for our dinner and realized I didn't have hairspray to make aure the style would stay for hours, my husband asked and a bottle was brought up to save the night!
