We spent a long weekend at The Four Seasons in Boston. One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at while we were there, my dog, Annie was given, from Neoteric brands, peanut butter and blueberry dog treats. My dog is a very poor eater because she’s a rescue. These are the first treats in a long time that she absolutely loved. I ordered these traits from the source because it is so hard to find something that she loves. I think you and The Four Seasons for this wonderful trip.

Just had an unbelievable experience at the One Dalton Wellness Spa. For my 40th birthday, I booked a Dalton Duo for myself and my husband and everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were A+ when it came to customer service. So lovely, helpful, and accommodating. The Wellness Floor in itself is gorgeous, especially the pool - with views of the City. The Floor was well equipped with snacks, waters, and teas. Overall, an amazing experience and a great way to unwind on a cold February day. Thank you again One Dalton for making my 40th birthday so special and memorable. I will be booking again soon!

Stunning Views Overshadowed by Surprisingly Poor Service Execution

I stayed in a Corner Suite at One Dalton for four days this past December. While the hotel is architecturally stunning and the views of the cathedral are the best in the city, the service was nowhere near the standard I expect from a Four Seasons property.

The Failures:
During a room move, I was assured that my belongings in the refrigerator would be transitioned while I was away for a 90-minute massage. I returned to find that nothing had been moved, forcing me to manage the logistics myself during what should have been my relaxation time. Furthermore, I requested basic cutlery for a meal, and it took over an hour to arrive.

The Verdict:
At this tier of hospitality, a guest should never have to ask twice for the basics. While the front desk offered a small credit upon checkout, it didn't compensate for the constant need to follow up on simple requests. The building is beautiful, but the 'soul' of Four Seasons service, the intuitive care was missing. I would hesitate to return when there are other luxury option

Great stay at FS Boston One Dalton. Loved how friendly and accommodating the staff at One + One was. Beautifully appointed and clean room on a corner.

Terrible customer service over the phone with Maddison. Booked a room for my 25th wedding anniversary and called to confirm and Find out how I could make the Visit memorable and enjoyable. This hotel couldn’t even confirm that the room was booked because I booked it through American Express. I’ve stated either four seasons host hotels and booked the same way and manner, and I was able to get to speak to reservations. I was told That the confirmation number that I gave was for American Express, and that I would need to call AMEX to get the hotel confirmation. So frustrated with the fact that I only wanted to confirm and add some small request but now will be canceling my stay with this particular four seasons.

I wanted to share how wonderful our recent stay was. The reception staff were incredibly kind and informative, making check-in seamless and welcoming. Our room offered a stunning view, and room service was exceptionally attentive, exceeding our expectations every time.
Thank you for creating such memorable moments—we look forward to returning.

We have tried this location multiple times but the valet parking is just horrible. They kept asking us for cash every single time. We had already paid through the app but they kept asking for money again because they said we stayed for 15 extra more minutes. They would not let us leave until we paid again. DOUBLE THE PRICE!!! They were rude and greedy. We have been to this location multiple times but it’s getting worse and worse. We have been to many Four seasons locations, this one just doesn’t reflect the four seasons hospitality. It seems like they are bothered by you showing up. Would not recommend it.

Absolutely loved my stay at Four Seasons Boston. Everything was wonderful the service, the comfort, and the overall experience.
A very thoughtful birthday surprise with a cake truly made my day and meant so much to me.
The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ walk to a nearby mall, with great restaurants and lovely cafés all around.
Such a beautiful stay from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Boston and staying here again.

From the moment I stepped into the sleek, modern lobby of the Four Seasons One Dalton, it was clear this wasn’t just another luxury hotel in Boston – it’s arguably the finest in the city right now.

The **location** is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Back Bay, you’re steps from Newbury Street shopping, the Prudential Center, Symphony Hall, and some of Boston’s best restaurants. Yet despite being in such a vibrant area, the hotel feels like a serene oasis the second you walk through the doors.

The **rooms** (I stayed in an Executive King suite on a high floor) are simply outstanding. They’re spacious, impeccably designed with a warm contemporary elegance, and incredibly comfortable. The bed is one of those “I never want to get out of it” Four Seasons classics – plush, perfectly firm, with the finest linens. What really stood out was how **quiet** the rooms are. Even on a high floor facing the city, I heard absolutely nothing – no street noise, no neighbors, no hallway chatter. In a city hotel, that level of soundproofing is rare and deeply appreciated.

The marble bathrooms are massive and luxurious – deep soaking tub, separate rain shower, and those signature Four Seasons toiletries that smell incredible. Little touches like automated shades, a Nespresso machine, and truly fast Wi-Fi made everything feel effortless.

But what elevates One Dalton from “great” to “exceptional” is the **staff**. Every single interaction – from the doormen who remembered my name after day one, to the concierge who secured last-minute reservations at impossible-to-book restaurants, to housekeeping who turned down the room with such care – felt genuinely warm and anticipatory. They don’t just meet expectations; they consistently exceed them with that rare blend of professionalism and authentic kindness that only the best Four Seasons properties deliver.

The trifecta of Zuma downstairs (fantastic Japanese), the stunning 7th-floor bar with panoramic views, and the gorgeous spa/pool area round out a near-perfect experience.

If you’re visiting Boston and want the absolute best – look no further. One Dalton isn’t just a hotel; it’s the new gold standard for luxury in the city.

Highly, highly recommended.

I arrived today for my birthday with my girlfriend. We arrived a few minutes late. They let us fill out forms and for a moment didn't say that it was time for the treatment. In the end, we paid $500 for 20 minutes. We went to reception with it and they simply didn't want to find a solution and said it was our problem. Horrible service. I don't recommend coming here.
