The shrimp was so flavorful, and the beets and toasted bread with tomato sauce were divine. The cuttlefish was a little too fishy for me and I believe it is a polarizing dish. The cocktail was well made with fresh ingredients and both the deserts were so yummy that they melted in my mouth. A great place for tapas.

Love this little spot! Bottles of basque cider and a great pinxtos menu—it captures the bustling, stand-and-mingle vibe of Basque dining and made me so nostalgic for the region. Everything we ate was great but definitely was blown away by the jamón-style cured tuna. The staff was warm and efficient and made us feel very cared for. Thank you to the team there for a great evening!

Gotta love pintxos! Zurito has a lovely menu of incredibly well thought out and curated pintxos, with a favorite of mine being the beef heart pastrami. The entire team was incredibly sweet and fun, the manager Patrick made us feel right at home! We’ll absolutely be coming back soon!

Loved the food and service! Everything was super fresh, authentic and took us right back to the Basque area we so adored a couple of years ago. It is not a complicated cuisine, but mostly based on quality of ingredients and Zurito nailed it on that front. Thank you!
The only thing that we didn't care for was that the bar seats are very cramped. We basically had to share elbow room and eat like on an airplane. Next time we will book a table for sure.

Look, the food was solid and interesting, but holy hell, we've never been so aggressively rushed through a dinner.
Couple that with a vibe and clientele that is unnervingly hollow and vapid (sorry for any offense, but if you *don't* fit this category, I'm sure you noticed it too!), and it was a disappointing night that just sort of left us ornery...despite the food being mostly nice!

Walking down Charles Street looking for a place to have lunch and we lucked into finding this place just as it was opening at noon. This is now our new favorite restaurant on Boston. The small plates were immaculately presented and delicious. The staff was friendly and provided interwting context for the Basque-inspired dishes.

Great food! This was our second time and it didn't disappoint. We are already planning to go again because we want to try more items on the menu. Everything we had was amazing. You can't go wrong with your choices. They will also work with your allergies!

Mixed feelings… Food never disappointed, everything tasted amazing, lots things to try and treat your flavor palette! The same goes for cocktails - whether you want to stick with classics or go their signatures options - you will be satisfied! I would rather come back to this place when the terrace is open to enjoy cute vibe of Beacon Hill but inside is also nice. My only issue was with the service, as both of my times there, staff felt pressuring and like rushing to serve us while we came through reservation and hoped to enjoy our dinner or apéro in a pleasurable manner.

Everything was awesome. The food, the vibe, and the service were all great. The drink Zurito-Me is amazing, I had two just to confirm how good it was.

If you’re looking for a great Basque tapas spot in Boston, this place is such a fun find. It’s cozy, lively, and perfect for sharing a bunch of plates with friends and just taking your time enjoying some truly spectacular food.

The Pimientos Rellenos de Bacalao were seriously good—sweet roasted peppers stuffed with creamy, flaky salt cod that felt rich but not too heavy. The Croissant de Ibérico was the only disappointment: The jamón Ibérico was perfectly salty, rich and practically melted on the tongue; the croissant however was rather rubbery and a let down.

You’ve got to order the Pan con Tomate. It sounds basic, but when it’s done right like this—crispy bread, fresh tomato, great olive oil—it really hits and was so good that we are determined to recreate it at home. The Conservas de Sardinas Pequeñas were another highlight—tender, flavorful, and a great example of how amazing good-quality conservas can be.

The Foie Gras Plantxa was perfectly seared and indulgent, the Tortilla Espagnola was classic comfort food with soft potatoes and sweet onions, and the Pulpo Plantxa had that ideal char while still being tender inside, some of the best grilled octopus we have had.

We were definitely hoping they’d have paella and Basque cheesecake. The waiter mentioned their kitchen is too small to make paella, which makes sense for a tapas-focused spot. During the summer time, for special events, they occasionally offer paella that has been prepared outside. They usually have Basque cheesecake, but unfortunately not the night we went—which just means we’ll have to come back for it.

Overall, it’s the kind of place where you end up ordering one more plate than you planned and leave already thinking about your next visit.
