2024 Losing everyday customers ….. I’m reading a lot of complaints in reviews …. CHICKEN APPETIZER W SPRITE THEY CHARGE 15.00 and change (out of no where) …. For the chicken tender dinner they charge 15.00 and change …. Some days the just chicken w no fries is 9.89 … add a sprite is 15.00 !?!?!!?!!? Absolutely ridiculous…….. Honestly been having to come here a lot for lunch working in buzzards bay and not having many options … and if they want to be that cheap to loyal everyday customers … then I’m sure they will stay afloat because of the location ….. near rotary …. But I have lost all respect for this place . Cheap and careless about their customers that come every day . Horrible

tonight when i tried calling them i wanted to use my 20 dollars off coupon and they said it wasn’t there though it clearly was on the website and when it arrived, i got a seafood salad instead of the ceaser salad i said and 2 more cups of ranch then what i ordered originally. and when i tried the meatballs, it’s not actually meatballs, it’s clumps of meat that is not good whatsoever. they also took off the thing where it said cash for a payment method and they NEED to put it back because they are about to lose me as a very very loyal customer who orders there almost everynight and spend hundreds maybe thousands of money there

Food's amazing, the only potential negative is calling the store. Got put on hold 6 times earlier and immediately disconnected. Probably a phone system issue because the people are very nice. Their subs are wonderful!!

I have spent several thousand dollars here over the years as a local resident. Tonight they have lost my business forever. At 8:45PM the online ordering was closed and the website said to call. They close at 10PM. This has happened multiple times over several years. My first call was put on hold so fast that I didn't even hear then tell me to hold. Nobody came back. The second call went unanswered and I was hung up on. At 8:54PM. I got a girl on the phone, confirmed they closed at 10PM and that they were busy. I told her their LIVE website monitor said there was NO WAIT and that they were NOT BUSY. It still does: it's 9:22PM. She took my order, but then said the grill was closed (not even 9PM for a 10PM close!!) and that they could not make the order I wanted. I rather rudely cancelled my order. NOT SORRY. I took the 5 minute drive to see what was really going on. The attached picture reveals one woman waiting at the counter, and there was one man waiting in the seated section. There were at least four employees that I could see. The parking lot - which is usually full, had multiple empty spaces. They were NOT busy. Where this business just LIED TO ME COMPLETELY I am absolutely done doing business with them. Not really a great loss for me - the food was mediocre at best. But it was convenient and good enough. Apparently, customer service means nothing to this business. Nice job, folks. Nice job. 9:36PM, July 29, 20204.

Parking: It's a strip mall with about 30 spaces for about 6 stores. Very tight and limited parking.

been ordering here for almost 10 years because i liked their food. the past 2 yesrs have been AWFUL, and ive stayed loyal. but 50 credits later im done. every single (and this is no exaggeration), every single order is WRONG. every single time. its beyond aggrevating and at this point....i have to just stop ordering from here. unfortunately. ps..dont ever order the ceaser wrap....it comes BONE DRY.

Only been once for lunch and ordered the chicken parm and loaded fries, was delicious. The service, excellent. I will be going back n the future to try something else.
