Twice I have pulled up to this Dunkin in recent months 5-10 minutes before closing time after waiting in the drive through & when I got to the window, they told me they were closing. Not once but twice. Wicked irritating.

Staff workers are very incompetent. Every order I take there is incorrect. They mess my coffee up every time. The only thing that’s worth it there are donuts. You can’t mess up a donut that’s already made.

Me and my family of 5 went into the store and immediately saw what appeared to be a manager or person of authority screaming incredibly loudly at other employees because she was not doing her own job well enough. I waited in a long line and when I finally reached the end to order they denied me service because I wanted to place a “food order?” I literally asked for a bag of bacon and then seconds later I heard an employee 4 feet away start giving out bacon egg and cheeses to customers who just ordered in front of me. We then waited for our drinks at the pick up place and the woman who appeared to be in a position of authority kept reading receipts instead of doing anything. We had to wait maybe 20 minutes for 3 refreshers. Worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin, and the service was godawfull.

I wanted to order a refresher. I don't come in Dunkin much. I saw two guys blow there nose by the sink in view of the customers. Not one of them washed their hands! Gross gross gross!!! I did not order and left.

I miss dunkin in quebec. Starbucks level coffee and frozen treats at more competitive prices. Great selection of donuts 🍩.

This might be the worst Dunks in all of New England. I just sat in the drive through for a half hour just for one drink. Never again. Absolutely insane. It's not even morning anymore. Not a volume issue but a staffing issue clearly

Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks or another Dunkin’.
If you try to use the drive-thru here, be prepared to wait a long time—and don’t be surprised if your order is wrong. On top of that, the staff is rude and dismissive. I’ve given this location enough chances to say this confidently: it’s not worth your time.

We pulled into the **drive-thru** and sat there for **15 full minutes** — engine running, staring at the speaker, waiting for *literally anyone* to acknowledge our existence. Not a single word. No “please hold,” no “we’ll be right with you,” NOTHING.

Just complete, insulting silence.

We watched the timer tick up like we were in a bad episode of *Survivor: Dunkin’ Edition*, except no one showed up to vote us off — because **no one was even there**. Cars behind us left. We waited. Still nothing. Are they hiring ghosts? Was the staff on break in Narnia?

If you can’t run a drive-thru, shut it down. Don’t waste people’s time and gas just to make them feel invisible. This place is a joke, and not a funny one.

Avoid this location like your morning depends on it

We waited 18 minutes for two medium hot coffees. There were two cars in front of us in the drive-thru. The first person had ordered two drinks, the second person had ordered a hot coffee and a cup of hot water, and it took 15 minutes for the two of them to get their orders. When we pulled up the the window, the person asked we what we had ordered (she said she was just confirming, but they only had the black coffee ready and she didn't make the one with cream until we told her).
When we eventually got our coffees, they were what we had asked for. The woman seemed apologetic. She didn't make us pay, and we were offered free donuts, so it's clear that they knew their service was less than stellar, but it shouldn't be that frustration to get coffee.
