Very rude costumer service at 6 am. I walk through the door and the first thing the person at counter said was “ we don’t take 100 dollar bills at this hour! And I was willing to pay with card but he was so rude I walked out… next time maybe say good morning how may I help you first.

This location needs a new manager. Place was a mess. Food took forever. Older lady on register made a small mistake and the manager decided to PUBICALLY YELL AT HER. As a manager of a retail store I would NEVER yell at an employee the way I witnessed her yell at this older woman.

Traditional stop before a long road trip. Coffee was good, donuts were reasonably fresh. There seemed to be some sort of conflict in the "kitchen". The croissant sandwiches ended up being a little scorched. The Avacado Toast wasn't as displayed, but still a good start to the day.

Rude workers that keep you wait for 5 minutes without a warning although there are no customers in the store. I understand they are taking drive thru orders but they simply can say I will be with you shortly. Nothing. And nothing like sorry for the wait after that wait. And also keep being rude as they take your order. Might be the worst dunkin store ever been.

Three stars as worker was VERY pleasant. My order was a train wreck! I ordered bacon egg and cheese wake-up wrap and specified I wanted CRISPY bacon twice. I received a wrap with NO bacon. I also ordered a crispy snacking bacon. I received a small bag of appearingly heated up undercooked bacon! It was so undercooked I wouldn’t/couldnt eat it, disgusting! Drink was fine.
Understaffed and overworked get these poor people some help please.
