I went in to order a cereal milk latte, and the woman that have the front asked me what type of cereal milk latte that I wanted. I was confused and said just a regular cereal milk latte and she turned the monitor around to show me the point of sale and asked me to choose which one I wanted.
It was a good thing that her coworker came over to help her select the right option and get me cashed out.
But the coffee was terrible. You pay 50% of minimum wage for a single coffee and it comes out like crap with an attitude. I love that.

Never experienced a filthier bathroom both men's and women's in my life - looked like a crime scene! Andntomtopmiynoff rhwre was no toilet paper!!! Looked like it haven't been cleaned in a month

Wow! Jamie, your manager working the 5th of July - This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin doughnuts, I ordered 40+ dollars worth of food/drink and asked for a refill on iced coffee, which I offered to pay for. Jamie said no insistent that I should pay 6.00 for a new coffee. Dunkin used to be a customer friendly business, please save your money make coffee at home, they have turned into Starbucks.

If I were to give this place -5 stars I would. It was an absolute disgrace. Waited an hour for my food only for it to come out wrong, missing items, and so cold I swear I saw a piece of frost on it. I will never be coming back to this place and am a extremely unsatisfied customer.

It's another one of my favorite dunks. The crew is friendly, and I'm usually in and out. I stop here multiple times a week as I make deliveries down the cape. Melissa is my favorite. She already knows my order. I like that! Thanks ladies!

This place has flies while we were ordering donuts. Dunkin donut is always my favorite everytime we go to the States. The guy used wax or parchment paper when taking out the donuts but all sticky sugars sticks in the box.
