I believe this is the worst run Dunkin I’ve ever frequented. The staff does not acknowledge when customers arrive in any reasonable amount of time, for one thing. It’s happened to me several times. I’m a pretty good tipper, so I don’t think it’s anything personally directed against me, just poor quality help. I’m giving up on it. In addition, the place is generally not kept very clean by DD standards. I wish it were different as it’s right around the corner from my house and I’m a Dunkin junkie.

They never toast their croissants even when specifically asked to have toasted. You’ll receive a soggy slightly warm croissant. Please for the love of god toast the thing, it’s what makes a croissant good. Warm flaky and buttery. Not soggy floppy and barely hot.

This is the second time I have been to this location in 2 weeks. On both occasions, I used the drive thru, and on both occasions, when I drove up, I could hear the person with the headset, having a conversation with someone else inside the restaurant. At no time was there language offensive. It was actually quite entertaining. However, I'm pretty sure they have an off switch, pause button, or something, so the conversation isn't broadcast over the loudspeaker. The conversation was not the part that made me give the one star rating. The one star comes from the gentleman, and I could not read his name tag, who was at the window and gave me my order.He was on the larger side, very tall, solid build, African American gentleman. I am a Cape Verdean Woman. I am not your Queen. Because I don't know you.So ma'me is ok, Ms is ok, 'hey lady' if you so choose, Queen is not.He also kept my change and put it in the tip jar. I could hear it 'CLINKING' into the cup as he was telling about his Son not clean up the WHOLE kitchen, and how this is the only time of year that you can get your kids to do anything for you. Because they want that $250 game or gaming system. Because it's Christmas time.I didn't feel it was really worth the trouble to ask about the change, obviously he needed it!

When I’ve asked the moody girl at the desk if it shouldn’t be filled all the way to the top, she said that’s the way it’s made because it leaves space for the weepy cream. NO, THATS NOT RIGHT. For the weepy cream they have those rounded cap.

See the picture. There was a PLASTIC inside my sandwich. Went there and got my money back. I used to order from there every week since I work nearby. But recently they replaced a lot of people and apparently they need a lot of training and experience before serve people.

Personally a huge fan of Dunkin, this place is my favorite. Especially that one worker who'd sing the orders out as you would make them.
