This is the second time I have been to this location in 2 weeks. On both occasions, I used the drive thru, and on both occasions, when I drove up, I could hear the person with the headset, having a conversation with someone else inside the restaurant. At no time was there language offensive. It was actually quite entertaining. However, I'm pretty sure they have an off switch, pause button, or something, so the conversation isn't broadcast over the loudspeaker. The conversation was not the part that made me give the one star rating. The one star comes from the gentleman, and I could not read his name tag, who was at the window and gave me my order. He was on the larger side, very tall, solid build, African American gentleman. I am a Cape Verdean Woman. I am not your Queen. Because I don't know you.So ma'me is ok, Ms is ok, 'hey lady' if you so choose, Queen is not.He also kept my change and put it in the tip jar. I could hear it 'CLINKING' into the cup as he was telling about his Son not clean up the WHOLE kitchen, and how this is the only time of year that you can get your kids to do anything for you. Because they want that $250 game or gaming system. Because it's Christmas time.I didn't feel it was really worth the trouble to ask about the change, obviously he needed it!

Just ordered a large frozen coffee as I do every afternoon and this is what I’ve got. When I’ve asked the moody girl at the desk if it shouldn’t be filled all the way to the top, she said that’s the way it’s made because it leaves space for the weepy cream. NO, THATS NOT RIGHT. For the weepy cream they have those rounded cap.

See the picture. There was a PLASTIC inside my sandwich. Went there and got my money back. I used to order from there every week since I work nearby. But recently they replaced a lot of people and apparently they need a lot of training and experience before serve people.

I have never given a 1 star review before, but seeing as DD is so big with locations everywhere, we can all choose our favorite. Most are great, and I had never had a problem with this one, until last Sunday evening, 9.10.23 @ 1840 hours. I pulled up to the speaker and waited. There was no cars in the lot and it seemed like a ghost town. After about a minute I said, "hello?" Nothin'. I waited another minute before driving to the window. It was dimly lit inside and at first I saw no one. Then a girl appeared and came to the window. I'm fine at this point, not irritated in the least, as I know they close in 20 minutes and are probably preparing to leave. The first thing she says is, "we can only do hot." I said, I was actually just looking for a couple wraps. She said (like I had the nerve to order something I didn't realize was completely out of the question), "oh no, we can't do any food!" At this time, the lead appeared from out back, so the girl I was speaking to spun around and told her what I wanted and then she reiterated, "we can't do any food." I said, I apologize, but I didn't realize it would be such a problem, but I guess "it is what it is." I start driving away and they're both just staring at me like I had some nerve to think I was getting any wraps at a place that probably sells a couple hundred a day.As most of us know, it's extremely difficult to find ANYONE at most ANY business offering ANY type of, "customer service." I grew up in an age where the customer was ALWAYS KING! Unfortunately those days are long gone, my educated guess is that 1-2 out of 10 businesses today have halfway decent customer service, how sad is that? I also understand that a lot of people in todays world are very rude and don't show these employees the respect that they deserve, which creates a lot of the attitude we see on employees today. I would never have even written this poor review if these 2 girls showed a minuscule amount of compassion, as opposed to looking at me like I was crazy.

Personally a huge fan of Dunkin, this place is my favorite. Especially that one worker who'd sing the orders out as you would make them.Vegetarian options: Has foods without meat and foods that are cruelty freeKid-friendliness: Kids are sure to love the food

I’m a local former Dunkin employee of 5 year who typically avoids this Dunkin’. On my most recent visit here, I ordered in person at the register. I asked the girl who took my order for a medium turtle iced latte made with oatmilk. She rang my in for a medium iced coffee with 6 pumps of swirl and almond milk. I asked her to remake my latte, and she said in a snarky tone “you asked for a coffee not a latte”… I restated what I ordered, and she said “well you said iced coffee, I have to charge you for another drink”.I walked away because I was frustrated and had nothing nice to say after the attitude I received.I know I would never order almond milk due to a nut allergy.Anyways save yourself the frustration.

One of the ladies at the register was sooooo nice and funny but I didn't catch her name. She was short , wearing hat and had very short hair if any , it was hard to tell. But she was very nice and let me see how much milk she was putting in the coffee and just had good vibes all around.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The things I order are NEVER fully cooked and when asked to make things “well done” seeing that I’m pregnant and can’t eat certain food that isn’t fully cooked they give it to me the same exact way no matter how many times you emphasize it!

The food preparers just don't care about the food and how you want it everyday I order the same thing a bagel toasted DARK and this is what I constantly get, the worst part is I tip $3 every day I guess that's not enough for a $7 purchase. Not gonna lie, the drive thru moves quick, and the cashier's are friendly and helpful but the ppl preparing are just unhappy souls

I hate all dunkins, overpriced, coffees not good and food is horrible, even in the rare occasion when they get it right.
