Everything was fine until I took the lid off my coffee and noticed the cream has curdled. Gross. This is the second time this week (first time was from Mary Lou’s). The food was good, but I’m disappointed in this. Coffee shops need to make sure they are using fresh cream. Also I ordered a caramel mocha cold brew and could only taste the really chemically flavored caramel. I should have stuck with mocha madness instead.

The manager here is so incredibly rude! If I could give his service negative stars I would! I was a loyal customer for over a year I went there every morning and spent 25 dollars every time! My card got declined one time due to something out of my control not because I didn’t have the money but because I had gotten fraud. So the next time I went in the MANAGER yelled in front of everyone in the store “IS THAT GONNA GO THROUGH” keep in mind I’ve been going here for over a year spending 25 dollars a wack! Not to mention the countless times I was overcharged! Just very disappointed! I will no longer be giving honey dew my money I will NEVER go there again! And I will be telling everyone I know not to give ANY money to that establishment!

Can't review a place that wasn't open when we got there, we drove almost 20mins to this location because they were supposed to be open according to their hours on their Google maps profile!Please update your Google Business Profile Hours because this does effect customers looking on Google maps!
I love the sandwiches they offer I do wish they're coffee was dark roast. the sandwiches are way better than dd but the coffee they say is dark don't taste like it. So I buy my coffee at DD and sandwich at hd

I haven’t ever been to a place quite like this. No bags with orders, people forgetting about you. Today was it for me. They finally went out and got them self the most special needs, drug addict elderly citizen for a employee. This is the worst place in America. With the worst employees known to man kind.
