I order here weekly if not more for work and would like to give a shout out to Traci and the rest of the crew for always hooking it up. The sandwiches are always on point. I have even used them to cater an event that worked out awesome!

Went and got dinner for tonight and Jeremy and Jess were pretty busy. Each customer ordered multiple subs. They got each customer waited on and out the door pretty quick. They did an excellent job tonight for it being only the 2 of them!!

I ordered the "$18.00 Philly cheese steak" sandwich and it had absolutely no weight to it. The bread was long and very skinny. It had probably no more meat in it then the 6" sandwich. This is the first and last time at jersey Mike's

I ordered a sub two weeks ago. Recd said sub and it was wrong. Not what I ordered. I called store. Crickets. I then sent an email to Corp. I have been dealing with a $13 refund for days. Just refund my money. I get email after email asking for info on my payment. Apple Pay. I provided. Now they’re saying they’ll give me points. I never want anything from this chain. Refund my money. End of story. It should not be an act of congress to get a refund.
