Ordered 4 boxes of sandwich’s about 2 days before an event and the crew at Jerseys Mikes was extremely helpful and even opened the doors at 8:00 so I could swing by early and pick them up. The food was excellent and you could tell it was fresh. Stop there frequently now on my way home from work on late nights. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a fresh quick sandwich in the area.

I ate at Jersey mikes and I wasn’t expecting anything too special. However the people working there were very nice and took care of everything I needed. Quick fast in a hurry and the grinder tasted to the extent of luscious. It was quite an experience. I also had gotten a grinder for my girl and she concurred with my feelings. ??

I am so disappointed by this company more and more everytime I go. first of all every single time I do an ahead order I started to make sure to do it like 30 mins ahead otherwise ur standing in the restaurant ignored for 20 minutes. they are never ready or on time when you do a pick up order not to mention they take 5years to take someone’s order in the store. I had gotten a sandwich today and it was so wet when I took it out of the bag it dripped all over me and it was so wet a soggy it was literally stuck to the paper! worst made sandwich I have ever gotten. so sloppy and just slapped on there. I didn’t even eat it

Your windows are dirty your countertops are dirty, and your tables are dirty. And you weren’t even busy. It’s 3:30 in the afternoon two of your workers were sitting at a table in front of a computer. One was wiping knives with a rag instead of washing them. I was always told the windows are dirty, and the restaurant inside is dirty then the containers and the restaurant is self is not following food, safety rules.
Only ever been to this location once, but it was good. Staff was polite, cracked a few jokes. Food was real good. Would definitely go again.

When they first opened I had a great sandwich, went a couple times again, all was great. then they started putting less and less food in the sandwiches. Which is disappointing because I would be going there much more had they kept up the great sandwiches they started with. I like the vegetarian, when I get it now I have barely any cheese in the sandwich, not worth it anymore

Placed a mobile order and arrived like 10 mins AFTER it was supposed to be done. It still wasn’t. Then after standing there waiting they say “oh it was actually ready we just didn’t see it there”. Cool thanks…also got the “combo” and they didn’t include the chips and drink with it and seemed completely confused when I brought that up.
