First of all we get to the drive thru and as i am saying my order they tell me that i am being rude because they kept saying “happy meal” when i told them “minecraft meal”. So i was raising my voice politely so they could hear that i was saying MINECRAFT meal instead of HAPPY meal. And they had the audacity to call me rude. But i let it slide because Im not a dramastarter. Next up, they never told me pay at 2nd window. So we were waiting at the first window for a good 10 minutes without anyone coming to redirect us. NEXT UP. When we get to the 2nd window. We can see our food on the table. And her and her coworker are just TALKING AND LAUGHING WITH THE FOOD IN FRONT OF OUR FACES FOR 10 MINUTES. When we finally get our meals. No sauce even though we paid for additional, and no toy in the minecraft meal, which was really the gag to me. Who is getting a minecraft meal without wanting a toy? I hate this mcdonalds and i wish u guys go bankrupt

We used the drive thru and ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 fries. They did not give us one of the sandwiches, and it was too late for us to go back when we realized. They also don’t answer their phone. Still trying to get a refund for the sandwich. Have the receipt and order number if they care to follow up.

I had to order from the kiosk. The kiosk said the food will be brought to my table. It was just left on the counter. Another customer asked me if that was my food sitting over there. It was. No salt, I tried calling for help so I could get some salt,, employees were just looking at me. I almost went and got the salt myself. After a few minutes, a girl from the drive-through window came over and got me some salt. With the amount of money, these employees make comma I do expect better. Also, with the cost of the food I expect better. I will not revisit this McDonald’s.
