I use this store fairly often, can’t believe how inconsistent they are. Ordered filet of fish today on the app. It sat there ready for 10-25 minutes until I went and asked. They asked me if fries were with order. Were they going to wait forever to find out I didn’t order them????

Went today with a group of teens, orders all came out correct and on top of that the manager Tom was great! Checked up on us and gave the kids free cookies at the end! Thank you Tom for awesome service!

Normally are very sloppy when putting burgers together at this location, and they only gave my little brother 2 buns ( bottom and top ) and the meat; no cheese. He ordered a plain cheeseburger. In a kids meal. And last time the burger was all messy and ketchup was everywhere. They gave them 3 apple slices instead of 4 and one was old. Just a bad experience. Thats all.

I do not recommend this McDonalds! This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Ordered on the app waited 45 min in the drive through line. The order that was given to me was not what I ordered. Drive through lady argued with me telling me it is. I repeated my order and pulled it up on my app. She gave me a box of nuggets. I said this isn’t all of it. She said well just keep what I gave you. I don’t want that I’d like my order it has a drink, an ice cream , bacon quarter ponder meal. She said it’s in there I said no this is not that look! She gave me a drink says there you go. What about the other stuff? Gave me the ice cream and a bag of still wrong items. In end still missing fries. I go back to ask about the fries and they shut the lights off. I parked and when I went to eat the food the bun was solid hard. The nuggets were hard. Drink was flat. I could not eat any of it. I have no idea how long it’s been sitting to get that hard. Tried to give it to the dog and he didn’t eat it either. That. should tell you something right there !!

The slowest service in the world. They don't even try to serve orders quickly. The manager and staff are complete amateurs. We waited 50 minutes for our order, and they ran out of sauces and napkins. All the tables were dirty. Disgusting staff.

Manager was awesome !!! Who ever was checking on people eating and making sure they good and how it tastes ! Way better than the McDonald’s in my city.
My best friend has been sitting in the drive-through line for 20 minutes possibly longer then that just to order one thing and no one came to the speaker for that long like not necessary to take that long and you guys have a line of cars like come on get your act together!!!!!!

My mcflurry was vanilla ice cream with m n m's on top, not mixed in. Bathroom frumpy with no tp. Dining room looked like a hurricane had come through for lunch. Dirty feel overall.
