This McDonald's is the slowest I've ever experienced, anywhere. It takes forever regardless if it's walk-in or drive thru. Go inside and there are people standing around. I place an order with they're kiosk and it took 15 minutes for a hamburger and fries. Really? Don't they make hamburgers? I've used drive thru other times, same experience, except there are 8 other cars waiting in line. Something is broke at this place. They need a manager to manage and make the huge staff more productive

Watch out for the chocolite shakes at this location. They taste like chemicals in them. And the Fish fil la are HALF the size they use to be. Mcdonalds is going down hill.

be prepared for adolescent employees who either have no clue how to do their jobs efficiently, or simply don't care.
we keep giving this location a try bc it's close, but we've had more than a handful of awful/aggravating/eye-rolling experiences. we go mainly bc it's (supposed to be) quick for our toddler after a busy day... but it would take less time to cook our own chicken nuggets and fries, at this point. and they would taste better.
don't come here (even ordering online!) unless you're okay with your food being cold, getting handed the wrong order completely, missing items, or waiting for unreasonably long times (40 minutes for a mobile order).

its simple u dont pay your employees enough money. they wont care so much about there job. the owner should give them the money they are owed. customer service people moods today while ordering food is stupid if u ask me, but what do i know. who cares what i say right.
