Not certain if this place is still open...? For Sale sign on sign and seemed dark when we pulled in this morning.

Love to support local but breakfast shouldn’t be this hard. This was our third visit. The waitress was terrific, moved a couple of tables together for our group of 6 (4 adults & 2 little kids). Coffee and waters were prompt. There were 3 other tables with diners, all had their food.20 minutes after our order was placed she told us the food would come out in stages bc it’s hard to keep that many meals hot at the same time. Ooook. Again, we were the only table waiting on food, we only ordered 6 breakfasts. We assumed the food was imminent. Nope. 15 minutes later an almost raw ch chip pancake came out. Then a slice of french toast. Both tasted of greaseAll 6 meals had problems. Pancakes were a cross btw a crepe and raw batter. Very weird consistency, like there was a missing ingredient. Over medium eggs were rock hard, toast was untoasted and cold. The homemade hash was tasty but very greasy. With two kids under five it wasn’t worth the restart so we opted to pay our bill and leave. At least half of our food went uneaten or untouched. I can’t justify another visit unfortunately

This is the place to be. The owner came to personally greet us to make sure all our needs were met. We bragged about our waitress, Anna. She is kind, polite, and very attentive. She made sure all our needs were met with a smile. Thanks ? for feeding my family. The toasted marshmallow hot chocolate was to die ? for.

Went today for breakfast and all food that came out was cold. Three orders of the 2 egg hash and although tasty they were all cold. Wait staff was very nice but cold hash, eggs and toast just not

overpriced food that was served cold and took forever along with horrible horrible service. Don't go hereUPDATE response to owner: What a joke response loll you don't even know who this is, my visit is from a week ago? You know me huh? lol I never ordered a custom dish lol So I don't know who you think this is but it's clear you're blind responding to make whomever has anything negative to say look like they were the problem because you know people cannot easily reply on here. I definitely was polite and normal and waited forever for my food..Wow

My husband and I have been twice now and we love this breakfast spot! Food is excellent (and we love trying different diners and don’t say that often!). My husband especially loves their home fries. The food is a little pricier than some other local spots, but it’s well worth it. Atmosphere is cute, bright and clean. Highly recommend!

While visiting family in the area he suggested this as breakfast stop. Glad he did. Wish we had more days to try more of the menu. Non assuming but extremely satisfying. Would highly recommend.

I eagerly anticipated trying out this place for breakfast, as it's my favorite meal. I discovered it online a week prior and had high hopes. While there were positive aspects to the experience, like the friendly interactions with the staff, it unfortunately fell short of the expectations set by the reviews and the website.Opting for scrambled eggs with pancakes, bacon, toast, and hash browns, I was a bit disappointed to find out the hash browns were not homemade. However, they turned out to be the best pre-made hash browns I've tasted, and the bacon was perfectly crispy. The toast seemed homemade but was toasted on just one side, which was unusual but didn't affect the flavor. The only letdown of the meal was the scrambled eggs – they had an overpowering taste of oil, almost as if the grill had been oiled before cooking. My wife ordered an omelet and also found something off with the eggs. Despite this, she finished them. She had gluten-free toast, which seemed homemade and was enjoyable. The service was attentive, but after our meal was served, no one checked in to see if everything was alright or if we needed anything. Hot drink refills were never offered. In terms of the location, I found it didn't match the website's description. The promised "beautiful view of the bay" was hardly visible from the spot, obstructed by trees on the opposite side of the street. This is evident in Google Maps Street View images from years ago as well. Additionally, the Corn Hole game and picnic tables mentioned were nowhere to be found. While the place had many positive aspects, the disappointing eggs and the mismatch between the location's marketing and reality were significant factors for us, particularly since eggs are a staple of our breakfasts.Dietary restrictions: They were quite helpful in addressing gluten-free issuesParking: There is parking available right in front of the door and all along the strip mall, and there is an additional set of parking spaces on the outside perimeter of the property.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp at both ends of the Strip Mall

Had the 2 egg breakfast. The eggs were cooked perfect ( over easy) but a bit greasy. The toast was grilled on one side, not toasted, overly buttered and soggy. The OJ tasted like frozen concentrate. The sausage were tasty but a bit undercooked. I didn't care for the coffee. Will give the restaurant one more try, but the Corner Cafe out shines this one.
