Always welcomed with a smile. Sometimes it's busy, so you'd expect a small wait if you haven't ordered online, but the team get's you through quickly without being frazzled. Harlee and the baristas there have something nice to say every time for everyone. Starbucks is fortunate to have the team there.

I go here everyday before work some days I go during my lunch and a girl named Harlee remembers my same schedule and I don’t even need to tell her what I want she knows when I’m there exactly what I’m getting, to me that’s a great employee with great customer service skills I will not go anywhere else for my orders! Harlee definitely is a star worker here……

The service is always fantastic whenever me and my fiancé come in for a drink. I have never liked coffee until I had tried Starbucks. the fruit drinks also are a lot higher quality than other places and it's nice to be able to relax in a friendly environment with a coffee or a pink drink after a day out.

I have been here several times recently. Every time I have had to wait approx 25 min for my drink because they prioritize drive through customers and seemed to do everyone else's drinks first. They should do them first come, first served, but that's not how they do it. Extremely slow staff. Don't come here unless you have time to spare.

Yesterday evening I had a 17 year old lecture myself and my father about respect. This child proceeded to be condescending and rude the second we pulled up to the window. She scolded my 72 year old father for smoking a cigarette while inside MY vehicle and refused to give us our order after we had already paid. This person should lose her job in my opinion immediately. Apparently she had a problem with smoking, which could be an understandable situation. However she was immediately rude without justification. She proceeded to hold our property hostage as it was already paid for. With a tip I might add... then after a verbal argument of approximately 15 minutes she refunded our money. All the while making other customers wait in line behind us. She is the little white manager with a rose on her right forearm and she still wears a covid mask... I'm all for having an opinion about your own life views. But leave that stuff at home when you're punched in for work... this child needs a lesson on work ethic, respect, customer service and just life in general. She is in no way fit to serve customers for any reason and because of this particular individual myself as well and my entire family will never give this establishment our business again!!!!

The girls that work here are extremely unpleasant. I have experienced this by several of the girls not just one. They never get my coffee right. I always ask for no ice. These are my last 3 purchases one picture is with ice one when I took the ice out like how insane is it to think I want to pay for ice. And way too much milk in the only coffee they didn't put ice in. I am over this negative starbucks and worst coffee makers in Buzzards Bay.

Placed a mobile order for a drink and a cheese&fruit box. Received it through the drive through, got to work 10 minutes later, opened the box and the grapes were all mushy and rotted. Checked the expiration date and it expired today.

Surprisingly a very busy location but yet it was very spacey, clean, and well staffed. Even though the staff was quite busy, they were friendly and clearly working hard to fulfill the orders. The chocolate caramel coldbrew was delicious and definitely worth the wait!
