My favorite location, building architecture and atmosphere. Like to get my coffee and go down the hill and check out the Canal. Mature trees by drive thru window( correctly pruned to raise canopy) are a big part of the “Solid feel” of this one.

My daughter and I stopped in while having to charge my Lexus RZ and the two girls working there were so pleasant and friendly. I loved how personable they were to everyone. We had to sit for over two hours waiting for my car to get enough miles to drive home near Gillette. Even the customers who come in are super friendly and we didn’t want to leave . It’s just the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Good job hiring these girls!

I've been coming to this Starbucks relatively consistently over the last few months. The barista team has consistently gotten my orders correct and are super accommodating towards dietary preferences. The cafe itself is very clean.

Shout out to Kota, Daisy, Mikal and Joel! You guys are the best!!!

No longer go to this Starbucks after I ordered a Frappuccino, they made it wrong and when I politely came in to get it fixed they tried to argue with me saying that it was made the way I ordered. Yet when they remade it (the way I ordered) it was made right. So obviously something was wrong the first time even though they refused to acknowledge it. Last straw was them refusing to fill my mother’s iced coffee all the way because she didn’t get ice in it. This place is crap. Drive the extra 7 mins to the one at the Bourne rotary if you want anything done right.

As June 1 2025 the staffs are unfriendly and was flat out unwilling..

I love this location! Been here a few times since moving to the area- store is always clean, staff are friendly and always write nice pick me up messages. There were two baristas who I wanted to shout out but I need to get their names. Great work Starbucks

Just went through the drive thru to get our drink corrected and the employee refused to take our drink and throw it away for us.
She was rude and very disrespectful.
We asked politely two times for her to dispose of it and she replied “I said no because it is disgusting and it has been in your car, you can throw it away yourself!”
This is horrible customer service.
