Visited the Monument Beach shop yesterday afternoon, my family and I were so excited to see dairy free ice cream options! Sorbets and vegan flavors were awesome so yummy! Very friendly atmosphere and customer service š Will be visiting again!

Too expensive, up charging you for adding hot fudge for a āhot fudge sundaeā point is being hot fudge should come with the sundae, also very slow service, workers not paying attention to customers just kept chatting amongst themselves while a line formed, please donāt waste your time at this place much better options on cape cod

very fast service except the only problem is.. i went in tonight & they were all just standing there like 6 of them in a group & all on their phones while serving people. i never write reviews like this but i work in the food industry & i donāt find it proper. especially when your on ur phone WHILE serving people. and there was a guy not in uniform just staring at me and my friend very awkwardly.. this was the pocasset location.

A nice ice cream shop to go to after a good lunch in Lobster Trap in the Cape.
The ice cream was great! It was thick, creamy and they gave you a good size amount. However, (I apologize for a lack of better words) the big older looking woman with darker pink hair was impatient and was giving me a foul attitude. Once she finished rushing my father through his order, and I began with mine she cut me off before I could finish my sentence with āwhat size?ā + attitude. I politely told her I wouldāve told her my size if sheād let me finish getting the words ātwo scoopsā out after waffle cone. The same pink haired, big woman then proceeded to make four other peopleās order behind mine and then she gave me a hot cone which melted my ice cream and turned the cone into mush (fyi, I watched this other girl make a waffle cone and let it cool.. the big woman purposely chose to do that). I couldnāt finish it because it was so gross. Itās not packed like a god damn Starbucks at 7am, you can chill out. You work at an ice cream parlor so itās cold enough to chill out right? ..Sorry Iām a little pissy because Iām taking forever to write this damn review with sticky fingers.

First off, the ice cream is amazing. I got the pumpkin Oreo and was blown away by the flavor and creaminess of the ice cream. The lady working the counter was very niceā¦
HOWEVER! I kindly requested to use the WiFi since my cell service was not allowing my picture of the menu to go through to my family group chat. I literally wanted to buy more ice cream. But, the lady working the counter explained that they donāt allow use of the WiFi. It was the businessā loss since I wasnāt able to order ice cream for my family.
Definitely will go back just for how good the ice cream was, but I thought it was strange to now allow use of the WiFi for paying customersā¦
