Kevin was our service provider this evening. He is absolutely fantastic. He has been our service provider prior to this - and even though we haven't been here for a few weeks - he remembered who we are -and what we usually order. Everything was perfect. He makes the dining experience excellent

The food was excellent, the service was not great. We sat for at least 15 minutes before our server even came over to our table. We were all in happy moods and he was not friendly at all. Three of our meals came out together and the other person had to wait another 15 minutes. We all tried not to eat our food to be courteous to her, but our meals were getting cold. The server never apologized and should have at least brought her a roll or something to make up for it. I tipped...

After getting our lunch, my friend had to return her salmon because it was raw - it took a long time to get the waiter's attention even though it was not busy at 12:30 in the afternoon - it took 15 mins. before she got her salmon - he never came back and asked how everything was - all of a sudden he put the bill on our table - and by the looks on our faces he could tell we were stunned - he had never asked if we wiuld like anything else - dessert, coffee, more wine or a box...
