Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

I took my family here for Valentine's Day and I was quickly reminded why I hate dining in at this location. The management is poor. We were seated promptly but was left at the table with no water or bread for 25mins. Waitstaff passed our table and didn't bother to ask if we were ok. One manager was expediting food and another was on the floor. I made eye contact but no help. A trio sat next to us and was served bread immediately. Two waitresses check on them. No one checked on us. Then that waitress told us she was not our server. I asked the hostess for bread but she was super busy. Eventually a waitress with burgundy hair and pink bows came. No apologies, no eye contact, didn't offer us water or bread while we waited or introduced herself. She took our order and left. I had to stop her to ask for bread and to take the menus away. A different waitress brought our soft drinks but our beer and wine was in limbo. The manager who was in the kitchen who had a silk scarf on his head came to check on our table and tried to expedite our drinks and asked to take our order (again). He was very nice and apologetic. The waitress who brought out soft drinks jumped in to help get our bar order and started to check on us. The waitress with the pink bows in her hair finally brought our food. By the time we got it, we weren't very hungry. We just wanted to leave. The floor manager stopped by and asked if we were all set. It was too little too late. The food didn't taste great...bland. and it wasnt well presented. We never saw the waitress with the pink bows again. Last time I saw her, she was standing by the kitchen counter playing in her hair. The nice waitress who brought our drinks , handed us the bill and checked on us a final time. It was a busy night and it just seemed as if they've never been that busy before. However, when it isn't as busy, the service has been poor. I equate it to the management. The staff is only as good as their leadership. I won't dine there again.

The server, Alexis M. was so pleasant and courteous! The portions were filling and tasty. We brought half each home and enjoyed them the next day. Being able to use a coupon discount was definitely another perk.

The staff dealt with another patron's medical emergency during our visit with sensitivity. Our server Nick was amazing.

Kitchen slow, pizza came out late and still undercooked was all doughy with flour all over the bottom. Floor was noticeably dirty with food on it. Prices were outrageous for a pepperoni pizza that was like a throw in kid's meal pizza.

I've been going here for decades. Love the wings and chicken piccata.

Last Friday evening(Oct 11), I ordered $90 worth of food for my daughter in laws birthday..not only was the order not even close to being ready when promised, but the place was an absolutely chaotic mess!! Front of house was not executing any orders,the pizza makers did nothing but laugh a nd joke with each other..I had to track down a manager to intervene..when we got the food home,it was inedible..the nolio pizza was ice cold and dry..silano pizza had barely any cream sauce on it..whole dining experience was just awful!!! That's $90.00 I'll never see again ???

Horrible experience. Went on a very slow night, maybe 10 tables. Waited over an hour and the pizza came out ice cold. Manager made no effort to rectify it. Not from Boston but definitely wouldn’t return here if I came back to visit.

Went in for some food and our server Lauren did an incredible job. She checked on us to see how everything was going made sure everything came out in a timely manner. Food was delicious as well.

Lauren was the best server I could ever ask for ! Her personality was amazing & she catered to every need I had imaginable ! She was super attentive and made sure i had a great experience! Hope to have Lauren each and every time I come to dine in

Had a great meal. Ordered wings, chicken picatta and a pizza for my kids. We ate it all. Lauren was our server and she was very attentive and friendly.

Kam was my server and he was phenomenal. I have never experienced such phenomenal service. His attitude, charm, and hard work made me excited to eat my delicious and fulfilling meal. I will come back just for her smile
