Service was amazing!! Hostess and waiter were super friendly. Our waiter got our entire order correct without even writing it down!! Will definitely be back. Renee and our waiter (I’m so sorry I forgot the name) thank you so much for being so kind and loving.
I too don’t know what happened post Covid but Buffalo Wild Wings used to be my place to go especially for UFC events. Hadn’t looked at the reviews before hand but we were anxious to catch the fights last night. When we walked in the people walked us out had warned us the service was extremely slow.We decided to sit at the bar and were sitting there for atleast 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. The counters and everything hadn’t been washed from previous guests. We then had to wait for our drinks to come a while and we were there for over an hour after our food was ordered before I decided to address it. We then waited another half an hour after the complaint in which we decided to get the food to go. We were told because of the extreme inconvenience that we would get a credit for a future visit however that wasn’t the case. We ended up being at this location for almost 2 hours with nothing coming of it. I wish we were the only one that experienced this but as I looked around, everyone was complaint and some people were being charged for things the never even received.
I feel bad to give this place a negative review. My food was delicious and the staff were superbly capable especially in the circumstances. The restaurant is currently very understaffed. We went there on a Sunday afternoon, and they had one server covering almost half the tables in the restaurant, including one with at least 10 people. Because of this, it was very hard to get things we needed in a prompt manner. For most of our meal we had no silverware. I waited at least 15 minutes for my side of Mac n Cheese, and at least 15 more to see if the server could bring me a fork to eat it with. I Again, this server was great and very capable at his job, just stretched way too thin. (When we paid, he told us he actually had to stop serving for a bit to go and cook.)Because of the lack of adequate staff, it was not a good dining experience. I don't know what specifically is happening here that prevents staff retention/hiring but the effects can be felt.
My group and I went here for dinner and we’re discriminated against.Upon our arrival we were told to wait 15 minutes to wait for seating in a mostly empty restaurant- easy to assume they have a staffing issue. We were sat and our oder was taken as normal.Everything in our order came out wrong- we ordered alcohol and received only soda. Not long after the music was turned off and the sound of the football game was turned on loud with booming commercials. We watched other tables get served food and we asked for the alcohol we ordered. After seeing two other tables receive food we asked someone to put our food in to go containers. After asking this we finally received the drinks we ACTUALLY ordered. It took even longer to actually get our food and another table was served. When we paid up our bill- there was no acknowledgement of our predicament or the incorrect drinks taken off the bill.We went to the car to eat and they provided no utensils or napkins. Upon finally eating after being in the establishment for over an hour all of our food was extremely spicy. This food was well over spiced- even for things that was not suppose to be spicy at all.We could not finish our food and left knowing we had been shown discrimination. This is completely inappropriate behaviour and I will be looking for my money back.
if i could give zero stars i would. I placed a pick up order online only to get to the restaurant and they tell me they never got my order 40 minutes after i’d been waiting. I told the girl my name 3 different times as she went to the back to look for my order. The first time she came out she said it wasn’t ready yet. The second time she came out she told me only half the order was ready. The last time she came out she told me they didn’t in fact have an order under my name and that she confused my order with another name. Her excuse was that they were short staffed and she has a lot of orders. Why not say you didn’t have my order to begin with.
My family and I have really enjoyed other Buffalo Wild Wings locations, so we believed this would be the same experience. When we walked in there was only bar service and one other party in the store. Which we thought would be fine for a week day at lunch. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for two lunch meals, the food was cold, and they got half the order wrong, completely mixing up sauces and forgetting parts of our meal. The young man working at the bar was very kind and understanding, he kept apologizing for the wait time, and tried to get us some help with our order, there were two interviews happening at the time, and he ended up interrupting one of them to try and speed up our wait for help. The manager ended his first interview and then jumped straight into the second one without even acknowledging us, but looking right at us. We had to leave because we just couldn't wait anymore. The young man serving us is the only reason this review isn't getting 1 Star. He was lovely and really tried his best but it seems like no one else cared to listen. Poor management seems to be an issue at this location, so be understanding of that before going to dine here.
It was a week night so for it to be slow was expected. There wasn't many people there maybe 20, so for the service we got I felt was subpar at best. The new bird Dawgs were not good sampled all 3. Pulled the chicken from the and just ate that. Wouldn't recommend so good thing they a limited time. Wings were good like normal.
i have never in my life spent $65 for an order with 6 pieces of chicken tinier than my pinky toe (for $11 mind you). don't even get me started on these damn"LARGE"fries, $8 for an actual handful. we picked it up probably 5 minutes after it was ready and the whole order was ice cold. the chicken was fatty and hard. don't order from here go to an actual nice place and spend ur $65 somewhere else
Very disappointed this place used to be way better!! Got here and have to wait 15 plus minutes to be seated (the place was literally almost empty) then the server got upset because I wanted to seat on a different table so my son can watch the game…the hostess was so rude, with her angry face like she didn’t want to be there working as a matter of fact they all look upset and not friendly at all!! Fortunately our waitress “Griffon” or some name like that was nice at least! It was a very bad experience very bad costumer services that I am think to ever go back less even to not order and pick up! Not happy how this place has turned up!
We arrived at 6:30 on a Wednesday, after driving 35 minutes. We stood at the front for nearly 10 minutes to be seated while several staff stared at us but opted not to come over. Finally the hostess appeared and said there would be a 15 minute wait. The restaurant was empty. But they only had 2 servers. Why bother even opening? Yet again, classic service BWW. I don't know how your company stays afloat. It would be great if you could learn basic restaurant management and customer service. Never again.

I go to Buffalo Wild Wings every Thursday for boneless wings Thursday. Just so you know, IF YOU DO NOT SIT AT THE BAR, DO NOT EXPECT SERVICE.I work in the service industry: I understand mistakes happen. My group sat down for a normal night where we order pretzel knots for an appetizer. When the pretzels arrived they were stone cold in the middle. (I understand mistakes happen) so I tell the server (Samantha) after tracking her down. She tells me she will get a fresh batch. Little did I know that the “fresh batch” would still be cold for the second time when she brought them.At this point I got the manager involved. He apologized and I told him to take them off my bill as my wings and fries would be arriving soon. He agreed, however; this was NEVER COMMUNICATED TO MY SERVER.My server never came back to ask about my pretzels or take the tin, brought out BABY SIZED (you would’ve thought they were out) wings. I asked if these were 20 boneless wings because it did not seem so and she said yes, so I asked for more ranch as 2 people were Sharing. After finishing my wings. NO FRIES ARRIVED. I asked for the check. We were charged for fries (which were never received?) a soda (I did not order). And celery and carrots (the server offered us and the menu says FREE PER REQUEST). The general manger called this a learning experience. I’m glad my money was worth your learning experience. The manager was no help. Is it because I am in my 20s and he is older and felt superior? As a flight attendant I’ll remember any mistake i make in the sky is a “learning experience”
Not sure what happened post pandemic, this location seems to no longer attract any crowds, even on weekends. It’s a shame since they are located on the premises of a really busy shopping mall. Severely understaffed and the quality of food keeps varying with every visit. The service was good though.
My wife and I went to the South Shore Plaza location tonight for a quick meal. We arrived around 8:45pm and were told there was a wait for tables but we could sit at the bar right away (only about 25% of tables were occupied but the hostess mentioned they were understaffed which was understandable). We sat at the bar and ordered an appetizer and our entrees within 5 minutes of sitting down. While we were waiting for our food my wife went to the bathroom where the stall she was in was completely out of toilet paper (on both sides of the dispenser) so she had to ask me to come and provide her with toilet paper. By 9:30 we still hadn’t received any our appetizers or any food so we asked the bartender whether it was possible to cancel our food as we were very hungry and would prefer to just leave and grab fast food at that point. She again mentioned they were short staffed but said she would go check on the food (at this point she hadn’t been back to check on food in the kitchen in probably 20 minutes). The bartender finally returned about 5 minutes later with all of our food at once (appetizer and entrees). We got the appetizer platter and it was completely cold – it had clearly been ready and sitting out for at least 15 minutes. Additionally, the plates at the bar next to us from previous customers weren’t bussed for at least 45 minutes (the people left as we arrived and were sitting down and were bussed while we were eating). We rarely complain about restaurant experiences and understand the short staff but there should have been someone else who was able to run the food out rather than having it sit until it was cold and then be delivered with our entrees. The entire time members of the kitchen staff would periodically come in and out of the kitchen in a calm and relaxed manner. When we asked if we could cancel the food we were met with resistance from the bartender to go check on the food and we’re just told “they were working on it” despite her not having gone to check recently. Despite short staff I think a bit more timeliness and checking in on food more than every 20 minutes would have gone a really long way in appeasing us – as we would’ve received our food about 15 minutes earlier and it wouldn’t have been cold. Our quick bite to eat turned into a horrible experience and our $50+ bill for two was a complete waste of money.
They were severely short staffed. The tots and the Truly were fine.. 3 stars easy. But for a mall location, it's just irritating how staffing is either poorly managed or employees poorly trained. The young girl at the desk for the take out/uber orders was the face of the place since the manager/host was busy running around in the kitchen, bar, and serving. The bartender was out that day. So, the least the takeaway person could have done was greet the folks coming in, inform/excuse the delay and not just stand there not even saying hello. At least 2 parties walked out after waiting to be greeted by a host/informed of anything re a table. The lack of even a hello would have made me walk out.My young server was also not great with customer service but again, short staffed and no bar tender. Probably just an anomoly that night of poor service.
Absolutely terrible service. Waited for 10 min at the door before even being acknowledged. We go here often and already knew what we wanted. When we were sat at a high top the bartender came over to take our drink order. He dropped the drinks and said be right back and never came back. We waited over 20 minutes while people sat at the bar after us ordered and got food. We waited another 10 minutes hoping we would be acknowledged again but after 30 minutes of waiting we were too hungry and upset to wait any longer. Will NEVER be returning. Worst service ever.
