If the clown show that worked the drive-thru did her job instead of acting like she was on a radio show, maybe the orders would actually come out correctly. Seems like this place needs to find a new role for her that doesn't involve interacting with the public, or entering orders into a computer.

Went for a snack after leaving Thayer Library and met the most interesting bi-cultural couple I've ever met. The woman, Maria, was an anesthesiologist from Beijing and the gentleman was from Ghana, a brilliant man in the medical field who speaks several languages, including fluent Mandarin. I showed him a copy of my poem, "of blood and spirit" which he read aloud giving a super excellent delivery. I was totally blown away by it.
The food was good, although the location never has plastic knives. Very odd!!! But it wound up being the best BK meal I've ever had!!!
Just ordered some nuggets and fries and these were literally made this morning..I work in food service guys..the warmer units are only good for a small amount of time usually not more than 45 minutes…these nuggets were like tires..the most disgusting food I’ve ever recieved to be honest and I don’t feel like ever coming back or ordering food here again.. truely disgusting

I ordered 6 fries as a dine customer and only received 5. When I explained that they did not understand what I was saying and she presented an attitude and it took several explanations to get the 6th fry order.
Ordered a impossible whopper. Half way through eating it I realized they put bacon in it.

Busy place takes time for food and they charged me what I should of got back for change out of a 20 which was more than the food cost didn't have time to argue over it but a cashier should know how to count unless it was done on
