Had late lunch few days before Christmas with my sister. Place was decorated very nicely. Servers were lovely but service was slow. The food was bland and definitely tasted like it came from a Sysco truck; not made fresh. I ordered one of the specials and the chicken was very much “blackened”. I’d say burnt. Disappointed as was trying to avoid a chain restaurant. I expected better for the price.

We dined at Campanale’s this evening - it couldn’t have been better. The atmosphere was very festive, with tasteful Christmas decorations, not overdone. The food was great, the waitstaff were friendly and attentive. 🍝🎄👏🏻

This food is excellent. The chicken Alfredo was especially tasty. Then I went again and the chicken verdicchio was just as good. Wait staff excellent. I can’t sing the praises of Campanele’s enough. I don’t know who the chef is or how he learned to cook like this but it’s outrageous. I’m from Chicago and I go to some of these restaurants with Michelin stars and I’m like, Campanele’s is just better?!?! But it’s an unassuming little place. Anyway, I was pleasantly...
