The food quality has plummeted tremendously since December. It’s currently March, and should be crawfish season, but they only had frozen- and that’s fine, since I’ve had their frozen crawfish multiple times and it was good. Except this time, I swear half of the 2lbs I ordered were dead (off putting color, smell, and taste, shell was already soft/mushy). Snow crab legs were also very dry, was having trouble cracking and keeping the meat intact. Was a pretty disappointing dinner. Food quality was already gradually declining and now it has really taken a deep plunge. Probably won’t come back until they fix their sourcings or whatever. Such a shame, since Cap’t Loui used to be amazing and I’d come by every couple months.
Service was great though, the young girl frequently checked in on us to see if we needed anything and was very nice.

The ‘WORST PLACE’ EVER ordered oysters they weren’t even a bite & didnt wiggle in the shell, my clam chowder came in a paper cup and plastic spoon with stale oyster crackers, lastly the Asian guy sent my card through a skimmer right in my face, went to the next register rung me up again printed reciept still gave him a tip for pity’ got home and it’s a fraud alert on my card for 49.99 for supportpbs anyone else get scammed after leaving here-

While the food was delicious, the customer service and price was diabolical. Our waiter only came to our table twice in our 2 hour stay, once to take our drinks and once to drop of the check. Speaking of the check, we ended up spending over a grand on the meal and 200 on an automatic gratuity fee. While we are fortunate enough to afford such a bill, I can imagine others being blindsided by the seafood boil especially since the selectable options don't list the prices. If you decide to go here however, enjoy it but still expect to pay an extremely pretty penny.

Food is very expensive for what you get. I can get a great seafood boil a lot cheaper with more in it elsewhere. Service slow. The garlic noodles were good.

The real magic wasn't on the menu, but in the loo - their complimentary mouthwash game is strong! Too bad the king crab was a total bust - dry and messy. The leftover shrimp takeout, reheated the next day, proved surprisingly delightful. Our next visit will include a trial of the highly-recommended chicken tenders. ?

This place is my favorite has the best sauce by far but paying 80-100 dollars for 2 potatoes and 1 corn is crazy other seafood for places are not as much and for extra sauce it's 9.99 crazy sodas are horrible but I will still be back I bring my own soda gotta get cans soda machines are dirty and soda tastes like water
