I’ve always enjoyed their food, and the service can be decent depending on who the server is. However, I must warn anyone with seafood allergies to avoid this place. Although they do offer other food options, the staff informed us that everything is cooked in the same oil, and they do not accommodate those with seafood allergies. My niece has a seafood allergy, and when we notified the staff, they said they could not accommodate her. As a result, we ended up paying for our drinks and had to leave to find another restaurant where everyone in our party could eat.

I came here with my sister last month and we were double charged, which was already frustrating. We decided to give the place another chance and came back last week, but unfortunately the experience was worse.
The food portions were extremely small. What was supposed to be ½ lb of seafood didn’t even look like enough for one person. The amount served was noticeably less than advertised and did not match what we paid for.
Between the billing issue and the portion size, it feels like there’s a lack of consistency and transparency. Very disappointing, especially after trying to give it another chance.

I absolutely LOVE Cap't Loui Seafood Boil in Braintree. I always get the 1lb or 1/2 lb of Snow crabs with shrimp. With Cap'Loui seasoning, and spice level Cajun hot. Its soooooooo delicious. It has a sweet taste and is finger licking good😋. I see ppl using gloves and im like why!? Lick those shrimp fingers LOL your wasting the seasoning on😂.
They also have special deals. Oh my dear, how could I forget... Every Tuesday they serve $1 OYSTERS! 😮🤯😋😁 YUM.
Anyway Just go! And while your there get me something too for providing this awesome feedback! I live close by friend 😁😘

Seasoning was great, but too salty and overcooked dungennes crab, which was stuck all over shell and dry, which is kind of unforgivable at a seafood place. Service was meh, not bad but not great. Kid meals were wonderful. Could live without the sugar-bomb Go-gurts (listed on kids menu as yogurt). Good for kids and easy covered parking. Probably won't go again because of the crab.
