Charleys Cheesesteaks

Manager is incredibly rude and denies mall discount to mall employees because she is cheap and doesn't care about policy. They also make my sandwich wrong half the time. Taking my business elsewhere.

This place is very overrated and overpriced. Ordered a small Philly steak combo and it just wasn’t appealing.

The fries are weird tasting the meat to bread ratio favors the bread and they use steak ums. The guy making my sandwich was pretty rude and behaved as if he didn’t want to be there. The lemonade was alright could use more water and real lemons though. All in all I definitely wouldn’t be eating it again.

Very bad experience yesterday at the South shore Mall in Braintree Mass a worker was handing out coupons if you spent more than $8 you're supposed to get a free lemonade when I spent my money they said no you have to buy wings too I said that is not what the coupon said this is fraud

Quick fast and fresh love the chicken teriyaki chicken sub, chicken, and the steak and cheese are delicious plus they have wings and tenders and there also very yummy. Gotta get the chicken well done tho

I just wanted to get lunch with my husband & this is how this establishment prepares the food. You pay great amount of money for less of the product. I was disappointed & upset because I’m 8 months pregnant & just wanted to eat lunch. And I get served less of what I paid for??? This is how greedy your employees are serving food that people pay for? Whenever I go to other Charley’s in my spare time it’s never served like this. This was reported to the Charley’s website also.

Very bad attitude, bad customer service, never baying there again, I spent $25 in 2 sandwiches, I specifically told the cashier that I didn’t want any pickles, I gave my son the bags he went to eat and found pickles he sent me a picture and immediately threw the box in the trash, I went back to them with my receipt and the picture to show them, they told me that I have to pay to get another sandwich because I got rid off the food.

The small order was a regular and the regular order was a small. And it was Just 2 Orders!To the staffIf you dont want to be there, Do us all a favor and Dont be there. Lifes too short and I work way too hard for my money to be upset because your unhappy.

I would give it more stars but the server at the time was a bit rude, and I ordered an iced tea and it was just cold black tea, absolutely disgusting. The food my friends ordered was good however.
