Ordered pickup and they got my order completely wrong, figured I might as well eat it as I was too far to return it and the food was absolutely disgusting, super slimy and made me feel sick to my stomach

Keiva was extremely kind to my sister in law and I! She had at least 8 tables on this busy night but that didn’t stop her from making sure each table had what they needed! She was very quick and efficient and would recommend her 100/10 times!!! Thanks girl!!!

We had a holiday outing with 14 of my coworkers and Jill’s service was incredible! She is one of her best servers I’ve had in a long time. I hope her manager appreciates all the hard work and great experience she provides to her guests!

First of all, to the manager that said that my coworkers and myself would NOT leave a review, I hope that your pillow is hot at night. Jill was my server back in February when my brother and I came in for my birthday and she was my server again tonight. She is always attentive, kind, considerate, speedy, and just overall an incredible server. She is single handedly the back bone of this entire chilis!!!! You’re lucky she doesn’t leave you for a restaurant that will actually believe that she deserves 14 individual google reviews. And like for a better higher end restaurant. Jill, you’re so sweet angel never ever change and I’ll see you soon.

Jill was the life of the party. We had our company party here and she took care of all 14 of us with ease. No complaints whatsoever. Come ask for Jill next time you stop on by.

This is our favorite chili's and we always sit in the same section because of our favorite waiter Elliot. He doesn't miss a beat, connected to everything going on with his guests,making sure you have thought of everything to make the most of a casual relaxed dining experience. And that's how you feel, like a welcomed guest.

Elliot at the Braintree location is hands down one of the BEST servers I have ever had the privilege of experiencing. Plus their new queso dip is delicious!
