The atmosphere here is very fun!! We had a birthday and our server Libby made sure to make it special!! Very attentive and helpful when we asked questions. The food was good and hot, the drinks were yummy! Thank you for a great experience.

My family and I came into Chili’s last week for the first time in years. We got sat with Libby and she immediately was very welcoming and warm! She gave us recommendations like the blackberry patron frozen margarita and the burger bites, which were AMAZING! She was sure to welcome us back anytime, which we definitely will be!

Had a great experience at The Children’s Place in Braintree! The store was well-organized, and the selection was great, but the best part was the customer service. Wendy, the manager, was incredibly kind and patient, making shopping so much easier. She went above and beyond to help—truly appreciated! Will definitely be back!

Came here twice in one week.. great variety on the menu.. coming here at lunch time, gives you more affordable deals.. I had an amazing waiter, but Im giving three stars for two reasons. The first reason is they charged me $2.99 for some game, and there were only adults at the table. We don’t even understand how to play any game on that tablet on the table. And secondly, I told the waiter I wanted a smokehouse combo. She gave me the meat options for the plate. But never gave me options for the sides.. so when it came out I told her I would like corn instead, she added it to my tab, but never took fries off. Even if there was an up charge, the fries should have been taken off. I never touched them through out the whole course of the meal.. she never gave me options for my sides, just the meats.. besides that, she was pleasant… there’s a lot of food, so you will have left overs. The Blackberry ice tea is amazing!
