Had a great experience at The Children’s Place in Braintree! The store was well-organized, and the selection was great, but the best part was the customer service. Wendy, the manager, was incredibly kind and patient, making shopping so much easier. She went above and beyond to help—truly appreciated! Will definitely be back!

Came here twice in one week.. great variety on the menu.. coming here at lunch time, gives you more affordable deals.. I had an amazing waiter, but Im giving three stars for two reasons. The first reason is they charged me $2.99 for some game, and there were only adults at the table. We don’t even understand how to play any game on that tablet on the table. And secondly, I told the waiter I wanted a smokehouse combo. She gave me the meat options for the plate. But never gave me options for the sides.. so when it came out I told her I would like corn instead, she added it to my tab, but never took fries off. Even if there was an up charge, the fries should have been taken off. I never touched them through out the whole course of the meal.. she never gave me options for my sides, just the meats.. besides that, she was pleasant… there’s a lot of food, so you will have left overs. The Blackberry ice tea is amazing!

I went to the chili’s in braintree in Boston order the surf and turf ribeye it was one of my best meal in a while. And the service was very incredible our waitress was very awesome I strongly recommand the restaurant.

Really great Chilis location - nothing surprising here, but it’s clean, staff is friendly, and it wasn’t busy, so our food came out really fast.

I almost walked out because it was so busy, but I’m glad I stayed! Gloria and Isabella, the hostesses, were welcoming and efficient even with the hectic crowd. A big shoutout to Krystal, our waitress, for her outstanding service—she was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great, and the entire staff did an amazing job handling the rush. Despite the pressure, they kept things running smoothly. Kudos to the team for their hard work!
