Hands down the worst Chipotle in the south shore. You can order your food for pickup at 5 and wait until 6:30pm with no order in sight. City of braintree needs to shut this location down for good. Overflowing with trash, soda area all filled with spills and trash. Understaffed. No one cares. Food is left out while there is a line out the door. They lock the doors once it gets busy, people start becoming angry and leaving. Your food is cold by the time you get it since it’s been left out. Employees are wiping their sweat and mopping the floors and then handling food again. The Chipotle app no matter how many times to let them know what’s going on, they don’t even try to fix the ongoing problems at this location. I hope they shut down for good because this is no way to run a business. I don’t trust the safety of the food at all and always drive to Hingham if I crave for chipotle. I have to say though, the staff here aren’t actually rude. Just overworked and don’t care. Unlike the North Quincy location where customers are an inconvenience.

Grant,Nina and Nate were very helpful during my time at the Braintree chipotle. They were so kind and helpful. Throughout the whole time I was here they were working diligently to serve me and make sure I was taken care of. We need more workers like these in the world. Please chipotle raise their pay because this is the best service I’ve had in a long time.

If I could give 0 stars or less, I would. Just left there, ordered two separate orders. The first one, it came all wrong, and with missing stuff that they did not want to make for us, even thought we told them that we already paid for it. The second ordered, we didn’t even receive. After asking then about, they “didn’t have it anymore”. One of them was super rude to us, and ignored us while we were talking to them, and started to talk to other people, pretending that we weren’t there. They were very rude to us, did not want to make our order. They were prioritizing people that just got there, instead of prioritizing people that ordered way before. Don’t recommend this place, at all. Go to any other chipotle.

Grant, Nina, Nate all worked very hard in making my chipotle experience a very positive one. They were very helpful, nice, and friend. Not only that, they are hardworking and represent Chipotle Braintree very well. We need more people like these three in the world. #raisetheirpay

I'm begging yall to hire more people. I placed an order at 540 for pickup at 620, and it's not ready at 640 now. Someone ordered for pickup at 6 and it's not even ready as of 640. Staff are claiming it's "very backed up" and that's it.It's a busy location, there's no need to short staff it like thisI got my food finally at 750. This is pathetic.

Dirty and nasty. Lots of workers but no one to tell them what to do. Not a clean table to be found. No napkins. Had to ask for a rag to clean table. Soda machine has been broken for 3 weeks.Don't go here.

Placed an order for pickup. First time they forgot half my order. 2nd time I Waited about 30 minutes being told it's almost up. Then when asked again was told "it's not my fault they are going slow". Asked to just cancel the order I had to call in to do so. Don't go during the lunch rush.

Super slow service, there were 10 people in line and it took 20 minutes to take my order, as I checked out A MOUSE ran through the restaurant and the staff didn’t do anything but worry. Super unsanitary

If I could give it a 0 I would. The employees were fighting with each other and from the time they started my bowl to the time they ended it they left to go to the back at least 5 times for multiple minutes. From start of making my bowl to finish it took 15 minutes. It was disgusting she couldn’t even write on my bowl in marker bc the cover and gloves were covered in queso. The burrito was only half covered. Then when it was time to check out and pay the guy went to the back and didn’t come back for 6 minutes. I almost walked out but unfortunately was so hungry I waited. It was a disgusting place and unsanitary.

Super slow service. Never friendly (I’ve been here many times recently). Came during the lunch rush during Christmas holiday time (location is in a mall). 3 staff working, 3 on lunch break already. All the juice/lemonade containers were all empty. No ice. No one would restock when I asked. Considering the store has been open for 2 hours today and I’ve counted 10 guests here at lunch rush, these juice machines have been empty for several days. This location needs an overhaul with staff and management.

This location is terrible. No forks or water, bottled or from the soda machine. The rice is undercooked, the tables are dirty, the trash is overflowing and the drink station is a mess. The staff seem dazed and miserable. Hope you can get your act together before holiday shopping.

Stay away from this Chipotle. Someone needs to train the big guy behind the counter on proper portion sizes. Burrito was half the normal size. Like eating a baseball size appetizer. Not worth the $10 paid for a normal size Burrito. Received half that.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. First, the employee didn’t know how to roll our burritos, then touched garbage with gloves on and then straight back to the food with the same gloves. They were out of all the refrigerated drinks and the soft drinks were either not carbonated at all or completely carbonation without flavor. They also didn’t have covers for the cups. The chips were so soggy that they could be bent in half and wouldn’t even crack. The store was dirty, the counter top was full of food, and only one employee helped while one employee was sitting down taking selfies. One star only because I can’t give 0 stars.

Super dirty. Overflowing trash and all the tables were dirty. If I had not pre-ordered, there’s no way I would’ve eaten here after walking in and seeing it like this. whoever runs this place clearly doesn’t care about how it looks.

Me and my boyfriend went to chipotle at south shore plaza last night and we both ordered a burrito bowl. I asked for a carnitas bowl and i got balls of meat, it wasn’t even cut or shredded. My boyfriend also asked for pinto beans in his bowl and they didn’t give him any. He ordered a burrito bowl with carnitas and steak and the steak was dry and not as juicy as he thought it was gonna be.
