i felt so weird when i went to pick up my order and the manager/boss Tony started off by asking me what high school i go to and where i lived but i carried on by ignoring it and getting out of there… once i got home i realized they forgot my rice but they never charged me for it so i was like okay that’s fine but when i opened the rest of my order it was nothing i had gotten i’m a vegetarian so i literally made sure everything i got did not have meat but it turns out tony made sure i did but this isn’t even the crazy part when i called for a refund because i can’t eat the food he yelled at me and told me he does not care about me I am just very shocked that they can treat people like that like come on???

Been going here for years. Haven't had a bad meal yet, and it's one of the few places where the beef teriyaki is tender. Only issue I have is the price. It was $12 for a combo meal 3-4 years ago, it's now $19 for the same thing. Pretty much everything on there menu is $2-7 more than any other Chinese restaurant in the area. Like i said there food is good, but idk it's it's almost double the price good.

Cheap but nickel and dimes you for everything. Terrible crab Rangoons. I think I got a respiratory virus from the sick lady who served us. Didn’t speak English enough to help us with the menu. This is all unfortunate because the food is really good. Take out is the best here!

Very fresh and tasty food, but all of our four orders came out incorrectly. I was challenged on what I had ordered when I told the staff the order was incorrect, not exactly top customer service. Even though I enjoyed the food, the customer service was definitely lacking.

This is one of the most poorly-run businesses I have even seen. After ordering $30 worth of food online and having the order cancelled because the restaurant never accepted it, I went down there to find nobody at the register at the entrance. Apparently that is where orders are accepted. Your card also gets charged regardless of whether or not they accept the order, which is wrong. A man came out of the kitchen complaing about how busy it was and how he had nobody to work up front. If that's the case, then you need to take the online ordering offline. Total lack of respect for tbe customer, poor service and poor management.

It was literally a horrible experience from top to bottom. The owner literally charged me 15% extra as a "service charge" and when I asked for it to be removed legit said no in my face. She then tried to say I should keep the charge and not tip. I said no. Dont overcharge me and secondly let me leave my own tip. She then threatened to call the cops on me and when I said go ahead while I call my bank she verbatim said I'll remove it but you better leave a tip. I literally didn't. Next thing I know as I'm walking to my car shes running after me! The owner! I get in my car and shes legit banging on my car window! I reached for my phone to call 911 and she wrote my license plate number down. Now I'm fearing for my life 😰
