Definitely going through so.e growing pains as a restaurant and arcade. Understandable considering the trends in the global and local economy.
None of the issues that presented themselves where as result of the staff or facility. They where however truly putting in the effort to accommodate every mosshap that may have happened along the way.

We had an amazing time at Dave and Busters in Braintree, the food was amazing! Especially our sever Katlyn she was so attentive we didn’t have to wait for a thing. The kitchen manager Joanna was also nice and helped us out.

I walked in and I was greeted so respectfully and graciously. I felt so welcomed to be here, the games are so much fun I love playing the subway surfer game and the connect 4 hoops. Definitely recommend coming here!

I had been hesitant to revisit this location due to poor service, but after the kids countless requests we decided to give it another go… I am so glad we did as we were beyond impressed by the impeccable service we received from Amber! She was fantastic with our kids, and extremely resourceful! Even during a rush, she entertained my children, while maintaining quick service with the brightest smile! She truly upgraded our experience!!
