We got to enjoy their VIP area to watch the Celtics game. Great service, awesome atmosphere, GREAT VIBES. Will be looking into doing this for other games.

My kids love coming here. There's a good variety of arcade games - many are fun, some give out a good amount of tickets. The claw machines are a little stingy so we pass on those. You've got to win a lot of tickets for the prizes, they're a bit over priced in that way so we mainly just come for fun and walk away with a piece of candy or small toy. The food is decent, but the service could use some help. Overall we enjoy it every now and again. The arcade is half-off on Wednesdays!

I love Dave and busters but especially DDR. I go there on a weekly basis and use their machines which are very well maintained and have went rain or shine by myself and with groups. I’ve gone so consistently I am a Dave and busters level 9 legend membership.The food is okay for what it is I still always get their pretzel dogs since it’s cheap and always delicious so I enjoy it throughly.I gave the service for a four stars and I would’ve gave it a five because of how exceptional the servers are especially Antonio and Julia who seem to brighten the place with their personalities and quick service no matter what you can always trust them for your order. I would’ve gave it a five stars however management at the place restricted all the indoor tables to 21+ and offers no other seating areas for 21-. I am fine with this at other restaurants as it is normal to have a special space for that age demographic but however not offering separate seating for those younger than 21 is a shame due to the high energy activities that many would desire seating in separate places dispersed throughout the building. I hope Dave and Busters realized this minor yet large inconvenience and at least placed benches through the establishment. Other than that I love this location I love the machines I love the service especially from Julia and Antonio but the seating availability gets a thumbs down from me.

Customer service here is amazing. The new pasta dishes are fire! The ziti quality reminds me of the north end. I was shocked. They have all the best fights here and Manager jarred made sure I had a great view. All the staff there seams genuinely happy to work there and make sure your satisfied. You can't fake that type of vibe and energy. Best dave n busters I been to. And I've been to a bunch throughout the country.

I went on a Saturday during school vacation week. It was such a blast for the kids and us aunties! The location has renovated since my last visit. It looks great and super clean. The food was delicious and my server Kaitlyn was 10/10. She was attentive, polite, and very helpful. The GM Chad swung by the table to make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend coming to the Braintree location.

Food service was a bit slow but was delicious. It seems like they may not have enough staffing in games section. I saw only 2 employees for there so it took a while to find someone to fix a defective game. Also, I was shorted points when charging my card. I am a new member and got a promo on my app for 200 points for $20 ($20 bonus for spending $20) but when I recharged at the desk, they only gave me 160 points and when I asked for the correction, I was denied. Very disappointing. The promo screen on the app messages conveniently disappeared after my charging my card so I could not prove the promotion. I'm not happy

Really fun, good food, plenty of great games and a variety! Definitely expensive, 15$ will last 7-15 plays depending on what you do so prepare your wallet.
