Ordered a chicken caessar wrap, which is a pretty basic item. Admittedly, the inside of the wrap was good, but the wrap itself was stale. And I mean VERY stale. To the point that it was kind of hard. I ended up dumping the contents into a bowl to eat it. I would have brought it back to the counter if I hadn't got it as take-out and was home. I've been going to Double G since I was a kid, but lately it's been really disappointing.

Pizza was greasy. Couldn’t eat it all for fear I’d get sick. My son ordered a chick parm/Bread toastedBread was nottoasted; Chicken undercooked. Will not return to this establishment.

We can not say enough great things! We are renovating our kitchen so have ordered from here A LOT! We have tried the pastas, sandwiches, salads, quesadilla, subs, and pizza. We have never had a bad meal. Highly recommend!

Bad customer service and female staff look mad for some reason. Anyway, I Ordered a steak and cheese and by the time I got home literally down the street my sub was cold. The tuna sub I ordered was dryyyyyy. I will not return here again. Braintree house of pizza and local Randolph pizza shops are the best way to go. I don’t even wanna look at double GG driving by. No thank you

Not the place it used to be. Ordered in person and by the time I got to my house down the street my steak and cheese was COLD as if they have cooked steak waiting to be ordered. The female that took my order seemed as if she had no life in her. I used to like this place longggggggggggg time ago. I guess the customer service and food went downhill. Back to Braintree house or Randolph pizza shops I go. I won't order another sub from them.

Im not one to dish out extremely harsh reviews, but i just walked out with One Slice, my first time trying, and the Slice was thin rubbery, it flops over when i went to pick it up, and the cheese plopped off. After putting the cheese back on and taking a bite, the cheese was inedible, as it was like pure rubber and could not be chewed to swallow. The Slice was $3, and absolutely just disappointed, and im still hungry, as i couldnt even swallow a bite of the slice. First Time and Last Time coming here.
One of the best chicken parm subs I’ve had. Fresh chicken, sweet sauce & they toast it. Friendly service too.

I wouldn’t recommend the chicken parm. Sauce was chef boyarde and the chicken was super toughStaff seemed like they all hated their lives too. Gotta train them how to at least fake a smile while representing your business bro lol.Seating area was ok though!Im sorry gg but hopefully you work on these things!

Such a poor management & the place is really unsanitary. Managers always have an attitude & treat their employees unprofessionally in front of the customers. I wished it was a nicer place in our area so we could actually go there as a family.
