It's a pretty standard Dunkin' - maybe a little on the messier side than others. I had a coolatta and it was fine, as was the donut. Certainly not worth a specific trip, but it functions well for what it is.

Every time the order is wrong the customer service is by far the worst in all of the south shore the manager refuses to address any of the problems you do an online order and it’s not ready by the time you get there to pick it up

It dunkins they have gone way far down hill. The jelly donuts have hardly any jelly in them and they are half the size they used to be. The coffee is brown water even if you pay the extra $1.50 for an espresso shot. Somehow, it still tastes like water. It's all junk, and after the high prices and the lousy food, a good amount of the time, they get your order wrong.

They can not seem to ever make my coffee correct it's so frustrating, but the staff is very nice, and they are always willing to remake it.
