My usual order is one XL hot coffee with six creams (default is five), and for two days in a row the coffee tastes like water and is absolutely disgusting, I went back and idk if it’s the manager or owner but she is so rude and act like it’s because I ordered too much cream when I know full well what it should taste like. They gave me a third one and it still tastes like crap so I never ever went back to that location again. Braintree have plenty of other Dunkin’s location so please go to literally any other ones

I go to this Dunkin location a couple times per week because there is usually a sweet elderly employee who is always so pleasant. This morning , I went to the drive through and the person taking my order a the drive through was so unbelievably rude. I drove up to the window and asked who took my order and come to find out it was the MANAGER. She is a middle aged woman with red hair ( box dye). I feel bad for the employees who work there. The manager seems miserable!
The Monday thru Friday morning shift is probably best on south shore. The evening and Sunday shift is absolutely atrocious. Absolutely horrible service. You will wait a long time for anyone to even acknowledge you

I stopped coming to this location months ago due to my order being wrong consistently. I usually order a large Iced 2 cream 2 sugar, Simple. would be handed any thing from a small hot. iced teas etc. etc. Well today I decided to stop here as I was passing by and a new record was made! A total of 18 minutes in the Drive thru. Total incompetence, A good reminder as to why I stopped visiting this location.
