I go to this Dunkin location a couple times per week because there is usually a sweet elderly employee who is always so pleasant. This morning , I went to the drive through and the person taking my order a the drive through was so unbelievably rude. I drove up to the window and asked who took my order and come to find out it was the MANAGER. She is a middle aged woman with red hair ( box dye). I feel bad for the employees who work there. The manager seems miserable!

The Monday thru Friday morning shift is probably best on south shore. The evening and Sunday shift is absolutely atrocious. Absolutely horrible service. You will wait a long time for anyone to even acknowledge you

I stopped coming to this location months ago due to my order being wrong consistently. I usually order a large Iced 2 cream 2 sugar, Simple. would be handed any thing from a small hot. iced teas etc. etc. Well today I decided to stop here as I was passing by and a new record was made! A total of 18 minutes in the Drive thru. Total incompetence, A good reminder as to why I stopped visiting this location.

Stopped in for a tea around 4pm 8/6. As soon as I walked in, I spotted a tall blonde boy SITTING with his FEET UP on the COUNTER with earbuds in. He didn’t notice me until I had to call to his attention. He then proceeded to take his time preparing my tea, which after I had took the lid off I was met with a ripped tea bag and floating leaves. Do better 1172 Washington St.

Mobile Ordered so I went inside 5 minutes after expecting my food to be ready but instead nothing was made and the workers were on there phones even one was on the COUNTER!

I asked for 2 bagels with cream cheese toasted and cream cheese in them. The employee then notices when I'm paying that I'm using a credit card. She then says only on the side. That's not big deal. But then as I am waiting she speaks in another language and complains about me not tipping, says I'm not giving him cream cheese, and then she didn't even toast the bagel for me. As I am in the store putting the cream cheese on the bagels I noticed and they also just put the tops of the bagel in 1 wrapper and the bottoms in another wrapper. The just disgusting attitude of this employee was atrocious and this dunkin donuts should be ashamed of themselves at the little amount of effort displayed to get my order. I also was running late for work and she then proceeded to move ck me because I was still in the store putting cream cheese on my bagel and said "next time he will tip". Disgusting and how she spoke in another language but thought I wouldn't catch it was the bigger problem.
