This Dunkin’ Donuts is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in south shore. The manager Kat is 100% on drugs & she’s rude & unprofessional. The fact that she has her job still is questionable & says a lot about whoever runs this establishment.

Friendly staff but I always order online and request extra bacon on my sandwich and they forget about 75% of the time. They also forget to put cream cheese in the bag…kinda frustrating for a tipping regular but that’s how most Dunkin are.

The iced coffee here is different! I dont know if its just me but the iced coffee here is a lot better than the other dunkin that i have been to.

All the same no better no worse. Donuts are frozen shipped in nuked or melted fresh for a couple of hours. They at one time sold coffee.

The girls that were working when I came in this morning were nice enough and pleasant enough but the way they were casually chatting loudly with one another, joking and swearing just seemed a tad inappropriate. I wouldn't have even mentioned this, if only it hadn't been for my disgusted experience in their bathroom after getting my order. They had two restrooms-a ladies' room and what was labeled as a bi-gender handicap restroom. As if it wasn't cringing enough on its own when I discovered that the ladies' room was "Out of Order" as noted with a sign posted to that bathrooms door, but when I then decided to use the other restroom, I was horrified looking at the state of this restroom. Now I used to work for 5 different Dunkin Donuts locations in the past and I am well versed in the brand's company standard for cleanliness across the board. How they haven't failed a secret shopper test or inspection is beyond me. Nothing in that bathroom looks as if any of it has ever once been wiped down beyond the sink and toilet. You can clearly see the months and months, if not years of slime, sludge, bodily fluids and everything else dripping down every surface of the bathroom: walls, trash can, hand dryer, soap dispenser, and even the ceiling. I'm sure if anyone went in there with a UV flashlight they'd immediately find themselves sick to their stomach. (And I'm by no stretch any kind of germaphobe or anything either.) To top all that off, there was no soap in the soap dispenser which is highly concerning considering employees have to us this bathroom too! Yuck.

My partner ordered via Uber Eats 3/24/2022. She received her sandwich and the cheese inside the sandwich still had the LINER PAPER on it. (see picture). Called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Was asked "WHY DO YOU NEED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER?" Upon letting the rude woman know the reason, another even ruder woman in yhe background says "She's lying there was no UberEats order from this store" (see receipt with the Address of the Store w/day and time stamp) Then Asked for District Manager phone number and was hung up on and now they refuse to pick up.Unacceptable on both in food preparation (disgusting and unsanitary) and customer service.I will be following up with Corporate!
