I ordered at this dunkin location today and usually there is a friendly worker at the cashier who has basic customer service skills. It seems that every time I come there is one “elderly,” worker, but today was the first time she was cashier while I ordered food. She was very disrespectful and rude while taking my order. I had to repeat my order a couple times because she thought that “side conversations,” with her other co-workers were more important. The attitude that she had was inappropriate to all the customers. Every time I order, I am polite and leave a tip. Her behavior and actions made me not want to return to this location. I hope that she will start treating customers or regular human beings with respect and dignity. I hope the owners will take this review into further consideration and train the workers to have professionalism. I could see that she had worked here for a long time, but that doesn’t give an excuse to act a certain way.

This used to be my go to dunks but the really old white brunette woman has been so mean to me everytime I come. All i do is order my coffee, saying please and thank you. Then she goes to hand me my change but literally THROWS it at me. Ive never experienced this ever? All I did was order my coffee. All the other workers are nice but shes horribly mean :(

The staff is the hidden gem at this Grove st location......Even if the coffee was horrible (which it's not) I'd still stop by daily to see all the people who work here....they are all like family!

This review is for the Dunkin' Donuts on North Main Street Brockton. I drove up to the window and purchased 7 sourdough breakfast sandwiches. They were supposed to come with two eggs bacon and cheese. I was on my way to a fundraiser. I walked in with the sandwiches handed them out, and what was inside was one egg no bacon and a piece of cheese. The bread was limp and everyone proceeded to throw them out. I brought one of the sandwiches back to show them how it was made. They told me that the manager or owner was not in. I came back four times left my phone number and no one ever contacted me. Would never go back there again.

The staff is very Rude and disrespectful.I went to pick up my order wasn’t ready after 20 minutes and the young kids said we don’t have white chocolate signature and he didn’t even ask me what do like instead of that he just ignored me and went to the next customer behind me. What a very rude and disrespectful kid

When the afternoon/night crew workers park in all of the parking spots closest to the door, I'll always drive right by this one and go onto the next one. To me, it speaks volumes about their mindset of customer service.
