I'm not very fond of this franchise as its coffee taste is bit bitter. Also, the siZes of their donuts are small as compared to Tim Hortons or other similar franchise.

I had an issue at this location from a previous visit. The manager was very nice and made everything right. Ty at the front counter was so kind & funny. The morning crew will definitely brighten up your day.
Small but good selection. Staff friendly. Only negative was I asked for cream cheese on the bagel and they just dumped it in the bag which aggrevates on to go orders.

So I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to give me a coffee. It was two Caucasian people ahead of me. She greeted them very friendly she like hello happy new year, but when my turn came, she did looked at me like I was crazy didn’t say nothing didn’t greet me and I was waiting for her once I got my coffee. I was waiting for her to say happy new year to me, but she end up not saying nothing to me so I saw oh you’re not gonna say happy new year to me because I’m black and she said oh happy new year and have a good day. Whatever it’s too late.

Every single time i go to this dunks they forget something whether it’s the cream cheese, my bagel, my coffee, it’s always something… we got a bacon egg and cheese and they forget the egg lol … my order is always wrong .. ridiculous . WASTE OF
