When I moved to Braintree a year ago I was sad to leave my regular DD behind, but I’m glad I found this store. Aimee, Dara, and Jackie make my week day mornings happy. They not only make my coffees right but they are so friendly and outgoing. My dog is also welcome in the store and he does a happy dance to see Dara. On the weekends there is no better crew then Gabby, Emily and Gary. I absolutely love this store. At some point I know they will go to college and I’ll be sad to see them go, but for now this place makes my mornings a pleasant start.
Parking: This DD is inside a store, there is a parking lot behind the store with plenty of spaces. During morning drop off for the school across the street it can be a little packed, they park there even though they aren’t allowed, but usually a quick flow so you’ll get a spot.
Kid-friendliness: They are very welcoming to children, always so friendly to kids in there. Seriously they make everyone feel like friends and family

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst!!' Twice i have come in a little after five pm and the big girl with the sweaty face told me they are closed!! I asked what time do you close looked me right in the eye and said 5:10. What a jerk. You don't want to do the job don't work there. Second thought the time she did actually make my coffee i had to listen to her complain complain complain about other customers !! If i was the owner she would be out of a job!! Maybe it's because i only put a dollar and sixty cents in the tip cup the first time!! live and learn i don't tip at Dunkin anymore i'm usually disappointed with my coffee

This lady did not get my order right and refused to give me a refund or make the order correctly. Tried calling the manager and the manager since it’s franchised Dunkin’ Donuts corporation will do nothing about it! Stay away from this Dunkin’ Donuts location located inside a convenient store!

This is my favorite Dunkin'. It isn't even on my route, but I go out of my way just because the ladies there are SUPER! They can give lessons on customer service. Always smiling and courteous. I have grown to love this location so much that sometimes I even let them chose my flavor selection...and that's huge for me.
